We had a long time realtor that also retired. She recommended that we start by reaching out to Edward. Honestly, we contacted him just to meet him as we thought about a sell and buy for several months out.
However, he was so on top of everything that be found us our perfect house that we ended up offering on in just 4 days. :)
He had his work cut out for him though on our sell. It is a cute home but small and we bought it when the market was really high.
Edward did comprehensive research to really price the home right. He helped us find someone to stage the home and gave the perfect advice for repairs to do ahead of time.
Within 3 hours of hitting the market, we had a full offer. We received 12 total in a weekend. All of which Edward reviewed and made notes on to make our decision easy. He was able to get significantly more than asking price, a waived appraisal, very minimal negotiations after inspection, etc (on a small old house!!)!
Edward has been phenomenal about his response time — to the point that I am sometimes a little concerned that we intrude on his own time too much. He is very available, incredible at negotiation, and more resourceful than I could have imagined.
Obviously we don’t know your exact situation and we may have gotten extremely lucky with the swiftness of our transactions … but it would NOT have happened without Edward. We definitely give him raving reviews.

To begin my story about meeting Edward Chang and finally him helping me buy my second home, starts out way back in late 2011 when I met my girlfriend at the time — soon to be my wife. She recommended me to solicit Edward for his professional down to earth attitude towards buying my second home. Edward was not your average pushy realtor. He seems to try to look out for your best interest in buying the right real estate property at the right time. Edward listens to your every thought and shares his thoughts when appropriate. Thou as time passed, opportunities for purchasing real estate with my special requirements came and gone. Edward was always ready and willing to help when I needed his valued opinion about a certain real estate property that I may be interested in buying. His unbiased opinion gave me a true belief that he was very honest and sincere about what he had to offer.
As the years pasted and now we are in the year 2014, I finally was able to find my dream second home with once again Edward by my side to guide me through the process of securing the right home at the right time. I must admit that Edward was and still is a very nice person with a very good heart. I will never forget him because of that good heart mentality Edward always carries with him.
