I have never taken the time to do a review, but John at Copy Tech went above and beyond for our company. We have a very old copy machine that needed a part that is no longer available. The people who sold it to us told us we would need to buy a new machine. I called around and most places said we were out of luck, but John came out to look at our copier and said he would check some old inventory to see if there were any spare parts he could use. He was able to find the replacement part and had it installed in a timely manner at a fraction of the cost a new copier.
