I have been going to CCC for about 2 years. I always get great customer service when I go in. They know me by name, and I don’t feel like I go in all that frequently. I’ve never had a problem with clothes coming back dirty or smelly.

Yeah, I went to this place once and my returned clothes smelled of smoke.
I have all my shirts and pants and suits cleaned. I go slightly out of my way. I drive by this place twice a day on my way to the office. It’s only blocks from my house but I wont go back in. Why? I’d say 50% of the time I drive by a woman is out front smoking. I don’t mind smoking. Actually, I like smokers. But I don’t want the smell of cigarettes on my clothes. Clothes I paid to clean. Even though they are outside I don’t want to wear my way through another 10 shirts with a hint of my late chain smoking grandfather’s house.
