The worst and most disgusting and a rip off spa I have ever visited! I visited this spa since I live close by the neighborhood, and wanted to do a facial and a wax. Here is what you should know — unless you want to have tons of germs on your skin, used dirty wax (double dipped and stained sheets, then you should visit this spa. The owner refuse to listen to my concerns, my skin was burning red after the treatment and tortured! Scandinavian decent, I have been blessed with good skin until my visit to this spa. I will NEVER go back NOR recommend this place to anyone. With plenty of great spas to choose from in Bellevue this place is ridiculous and unprofessional. Do not WASTE YOUR TIME! I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau of Washington.
