I had a nice jacket taken in at the waist. I’ve recently lost 20lbs and I wanted to still be able to wear it. Incredibly disappointed when I got it back. It looked like she hadn’t done anything. It fit exactly the same. Wasted $ 15. I’m sure in this circumstance you get what you pay for. I’d go somewhere nicer for anything more than a simple shortening of a pant.

I went to the Renton location this morning (couldn’t find on Unilocal!) The lady wearing the Minney Mouse shirt was so rude. She told me to unbutton my shirts when I drop them and she was huffing and puffing because I was a new customer and she had to enter in the info. I should have walked out but was doing my fiancé a favor. Won’t be back again!

this tailor is fantastic. she altered a high-​end jacket to fit as if it were made for me. I was so sad when I found her gone from her crossroads location. where are you. I wish you well and still would like to be your customer.

Awful and disappointing customer service here. They botched the length of my jeans and refused to acknowledge the mistake. No patience to listen to the customer and she even told me not to waste her time. She told me that she didn’t care about me being unhappy to my problem with their work. Simple job, poorly done and poor service from the start. I strongly recommend bringing your needs somewhere else who actually cares about customers.

No issues here. Had a pair of suit pants hemed and it was done correctly and on time. Price was $ 15 which is avg in my opinion.

Here’s a tip: Unless you are a mannequin your clothes don’t fit you properly.
Alteration Express at Crossroads in Bellevue will raise your pant legs, take in your jacket waist and shorten your sleeves. Your clothes will fit and your life will change for the better. Bonus: the owners are friendly and will put a rush on your work if you beg in Russian (or even English).
