Most of the staff are super friendly including Shannon who works the desk.(last name drop) Parking is easy especially if you just park on the upper most level next to the elevator. Most people seem to not know this trick. I go on friday and my doctor is excellent. The waiting room is very large with plenty of chairs and a flatscreen with 2 bathrooms, though one of the doors has a broken lock. Give yourself plenty of time though cause you will wait, and wait and wait and wait. Its sort of understandable because you are dealing with people with casts and various procedures being done and most of the people you will be waiting with are elderly and come on a regular basis so you kinda get to tangentially know some of the people. As much as you would want to in a doctors office anyway. I was a little grossed out listening to two people talk about their ailments. Yuck! I dont want to hear that, lol.
