Charter is by far the worst paid tv service you can subscribe to. Channels constantly freeze up with no explanation why. Internet constantly goes down for hours on end. The dvr is horrible. It will cut off the end of shows, freeze in the middle of shows and not play what you recorded.
I live in an apartment and have no choice but charter and I hate it! If I could switch I would. Before we moved here to O’fallon Illinois we have Directv and never had a problem ever! Now it is nothing but problems!
