I am happy so far with the recent service I had using this company. They had to hydro-​power my clogged sewer line due to a growing tree root. We had used another company prior to their visit to snake the line but our basement toilet overflowed three times within a two month period. I am optimistic that the technology All Clear used will prevent future issues. The staff was professional and answered all of our questions. I felt valued as a customer and did not feel as though I was being taken advantage of (as sometimes is the case when hiring a service company such as a plumber.) I liked that the company was willing to come to our home to give us a quote that we had the option to reject — at no cost to us. Also, they offered a good amount of time as a guarantee for the work done and if our sewer line continues to operate normal I am likely to use this company again for other plumbing or heating needs.

My experience with this company was A+++! I had a BIG plumbing issue in my bathroom and they were able to fix it with ease. They were very professional and even had little booties to wear over their shoes so my carpet didn’t get dirty! Their pricing was not only the best in the area but their customer service was impeccable. They gave me a follow up call two days later just to make sure everything was running ok.
