Horrible! They will ruin your eyebrows and it’s guaranteed. Staffs are not even probably trained and not hygienic at all.

I don’t know her name but she ruined my eyebrows… she was talking while threading. This place has bad service. It may be cheap but it’s not worth it.

I’ve been a faithful customer since last year! Sarah is the best! I’ve struggled to find someone to do my eyebrows the way I like them and every time that I do they always disappear from the shop. So far Sarah has not disappointed me! The price is great and you receive a card that is checked off each time that you go and on the 10^th visit it’s free!

This was my regular place, but now I think Im going to be heading elsewhere. There are 2 really bad technicians! They are so aggressive, I’ve gone to thread my chin and eyebrows and this is the first time I have gotten so many cuts I left there with my face feeling like it was burning. Then on top the girl tried charging me 8.00 instead of 5.00, granted i would have tipped her anyway, but she was telling me she threaded another area and I promptly told her thats not what I asked for. By far one of the worst experiences since I’ve been coming here! Im not sure whats going on with this place. I’ve been going here for about 2 years now and i don’t think ill be going back.

Just got back from getting my eyebrows done here. I am a jacksonian of the heights and so I expect a fantastic job when getting my eyebrows done anywhere else besides Jackson Heights. (Btw eyebrow threading in my neck of the hood is $ 4/​$ 5)
To start off let me say $ 2 is the cheapest I’ve ever seen and paid to get my eyebrows done. All the ladies seemed to be doing a good job no one left the salon looking ratchet so I wasn’t expecting to walk out with Nike checks for eyebrows. That being said I was happily surprised after getting them done because my eyebrow game was so freakin on point. I usually just do them myself because I don’t trust people because of the aforementioned Nike Check trend that is sweeping the nation but honestly I’m so happy I went here!

Have only gotten my eyebrows done here, but have come back on multiple occasions– even with friends.
$ 4 for eyebrows, about 7 minutes — good deal. The women are friendly, though they don’t speak to the client much.
If you’re looking for a quick, inexpensive eyebrow fix– try here!

Cheap but terrible service, just like the main Mehak on Hillside Ave.
Waxing is un-​thorough, the technicians don’t even ask if you want lotion after they just threaded you into a lot of pain.
Going here for threading is ok, I suppose, but definitely do not go for any sort of hair styling-​related thing. I asked a technician to be gentle with it because I have a problem with hair loss, but she basically just laughed at me and treated it very roughly (twisting it, pulling it with a towel, tugging at my entire scalp with her hands, etc.). My cousin also had it blow-​dried here once, and even though she told the stylist that the blow-​drier was burning her, she didn’t pay any attention to her request, and practically burned her scalp and her forehead.
DO NOT GO HERE. For infinitely better service, go to Chandni salon just a few blocks away.

Cheaper than many eyebrow salons, it’s only $ 2.

I was born with a really unfortunate pair of eyebrows (I rocked the Ernie eyebrows for years).
My eyebrows have no shape, no shape whatsoever. I’ve butchered them really bad over the years. I can’t go to those Asian salons cause they wax them pencil thin, plus waxing makes me break out really bad. I decided to man it up and start threading. OMG it hurts so bad!!! I don’t have much of a pain tolerance to begin with, but I was screaming and crying (on the inside). My eyebrows look nice. I forgot the ladies name, but I like the fact that she kept them thick and they finally have some sort of shape.
$ 4.00! Super cheap.
I’ll be back for sure.

I had written a whole review of my experience here but decided I didn’t want to spill the beans to the whole world about my beauty routine. :) So here are a few tidbits. The three women who were working there were all seemingly nice but quiet, which was fine by me – I came there for beauty services, not to make a friend. The premises seemed mostly clean although the little back room lacked A/​C or fan and the waxing woman did not wear gloves (eek). However the prices were ridiculouslly low ($ 2 for eyebrow threading!) and there was no wait time for me on a Sunday morning (usually prime time at Manhattan salons). Good spot for «quick and dirty» beauty services. If you want the bells & whistles, you should probably go elsewhere.

I get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded for only $ 7. Not many places offer it for that price. The place is clean and most of the staff is friendly. Always happy with how my brows come out. Def recommend them.
