This hidden gem may look like a dive on the outside but inside they are cooking up some great eats. Happened by this spot while my car was in the shop and I was walking to USPS to drop off some packages. I tried the beef empanadas(Awesome!) The homemade Mac N’ Cheese(Surprisingly great). The next time I stopped in I got a small order of boneless buffalo and bbq chicken and they were both great, even better cold the next day. Great little sleeper spot for a snack. The only thing I noticed that was a little off putting, and has nothing to do with the deli and more to do with the neighborhood is that when I stop in for a light lunch at Noon, there are always people buying beers. Get a job hobos!

Located less than a 30-second walk away from my boyfriend’s house, Jason’s is a family-owned deli and mini-mart that has been around forever. And although it may look unassuming from the outside, they make the best breakfast sandwiches in the neighborhood! Nothing starts off a weekend morning like a good sausage, egg, and cheese on a roll. It’s also really convenient to just be able to drop by if we run out of basic grocery items like milk, juice, or eggs. The Korean brother and sister who own it are always friendly and cracking jokes. But I can understand why no one’s written a review yet, since its location is the furthest thing from a busy commercial center.
