Called them up at around 4pm. Said they can’t come until next day. So much for around the clock emergency repairs. Went with another local plumber.

We had a clogged sewer drain outside our house. We contacted Mr. Rooter and in less than 24 h, Mr. Burris (the owner) was there to fix the problem. As it turned out, not only did we have a problem, but also the main sewer line under the street was partially plugged. Mr. Burris called the Borough and within a few minutes they were there to start working on the problem. Mr. Burris spent over 3 h with us and the Borough making sure the problem was solved. We could not be more satisfied. Thank you Mr. Rooter!
