Have spent thousands of dollars at Ashley’s and probably thousands on warranty plans too. Things get broken and we try and use the warranty and get the run around from the Customer Service Manager. Who seems to be the busiest furniture manager on the planet because he is always in meetings and never returns calls or just tells us he was busy (customer service manager lololol). We have been waiting for over three months for a leg to the kitchen chair that snapped off. Think he needs some retraining (probably another meeting where no return calls or status) on what customer service really is as a manager. When we do talk to him on the phone he reverts to sales tactics of overcoming the obstacle, but it’s not effective when everything is bought and paid for… makes me think Ashley furniture doesn’t stand behind their products or care about their name as a business. This is a small town area but there are other places to go for sure. I personally will never buy from here again.

I have had some experience with sales people being a little to close to get into your comfort zone while shopping for furniture they just don’t leave you alone sometimes… however I have also had some really good experience with other sales people that actually let you look around and I have ended up buying several things from Ashley’s the management are more than fare I had an issue with my TV stand being scratched on top when I received it and the manager said the he would let me take that one home to try it out to make sure that I liked it and he would order me a brand new one… however on the way home with it the 2^nd time the TV stand flipped over in my car and it went from being just a couple little scratches to being some big gouges and the back fell off I let the manager know what had happened and he was still very willing to honor replacing it as planned! A+ for customer service thanks!

Well, where to start? Last year my wife and I wanted a new ‘sleigh bed’ for our bedroom. We didnt want el-​cheapo, so went here to look for quality. They had bedroom sets from cheap compressed wood, up to higher end quality. We selected a mid range solid wood sleigh bed and while we were here found 3 tables for our «bistro» dinning room. The quality was spot on, and delivered within just a week. We were very happy.
This year, with our income tax we again went here to finish off our bedroom with more furniture. Of course our set we needed to complete our bedroom was discontinued, which sucked but they did offer the floor model to us. After looking farther into it, the wood was not as good as what we bought a year earlier, and looked cheap. For the price tag, I thought I deserve much better. The salesman offered a discount which wasn’t enough to want me to even consider it. Then, as some salesmen do (which I really hate those that do this) offered me to look at another style… dumb!!! I almost have a complete bedroom set minus the dresser. Why would I want another style???
I left, disappointed in a store I thought I would be spending my money in for a long time… not anymore.
