Updated 10/​23/​2015: Mike Weston reached out to me today to apologize and explain what happened. I was extremely impressed with our conversations. While my initial experience (listed below) was not so go, because of how they followed up with my concerning — I am changing my original rating.
Original Review 10÷7÷2015: These guys may be great — but I will never know. I contacted them on a situation — and immediately I received an email stating they only work with people in Texas. Well, I am in Texas (Phone # is not). Then, when I emailed back their paralegal stated that they are not taking my type of case because it may be too complicated. Well, that would be great — but they never even talked to me about it. Maybe if you get past the paralegal staff they are great — but they made a bunch of assumptions without even talking to me. Really disappointing based on their other reviews.

Hiring a lawyer can seem like a drastic step, and maybe even overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be. Weston Legal offered me a fair price and their staff is always very responsive with answering my questions. I had no problem speaking to the lawyer handling my case directly when it was necessary.

Hired this firm to resolve a bad debt with a major credit card (thanks to my ex-​wife.). Their team was very professional, responsive, prompt, and very understanding. Karen and her team at Weston legal successfully obtained a release of lien which enabled me to sell my home — not to mention they negotiated a settlement for full payment of the judgement. I would highly recommend Weston Legal to assist you with debt related judgements.
