Wingstop

So much of a better experience! The guy cashier was super friendly. Didn’t have to wait long for my food :)

Today was my first time at a wing stop restaurant. I was disappointed, first the phone order my co-​worker placed was wrong but it was still good, secondly, we went half on the bill he paid cash, I was going to use my card. The person at the register charged it as all cash and wouldn’t let me use a card. So we asked to come after work because we were on a short lunch and the store manager was gone. So I go back like the good person I am to pay the rest of the bill because I’m a man of my word. The night manager said the bill was closed and made me go get cash to pay the rest of it. Very disappointed with their customer service. Return to a wing stop is doubtful to say the least.

One of my favorite WS cause it’s atmosphere is always chill… Real cool spot. Kindly asked them to put the okc Warriors game and they did not hesitate. Told me sure, what’s the channel. Awesome. It was not the first time neither… lol. For being young people working there, they sure keep a nice tight ship. Salute! Will def be back…

I come here often more then I should. I come here the most with my friends on weekends. It’s located in a small shopping center the two main streets eastern and Florence. My preferred wings are lemon pepper and barbecue if you order enough we can mix and match. You can watch television the dodger game, and you can simply enjoy the music. The soda machine is awesome you can choose any flavor ever made «it seems» the parking won’t hurt you. Over all pleasent experience with the the employees here the managers are always friendly.

I have never been as satisfied with customer service from WingStop like I was tonight. I called to place a phone order and Andrew (I think that was his name oops) took care of me. He was great! Very helpful, patient and kept a positive attitude the whole time, It took me a while to complete my order because I was a little indecisive… Promise not to let that happen again lol Anyways I was already satisfied with his service and as I arrive I notice they were cleaning up already to close up and was greeted by Beatriz (I really hope that was her name) and rang me up and finalized my order, she was also great… I hope WingStop rewards great employees like them two…

Went last night for some wings & this rude employee there her name was Michelle around 9:20 pm instead of calling me over with a very polite attitude she called me over very rudely that something was wrong with my order and that I had to pay extra it’s not even about paying extra it’s the fact that the way she approached me was very rude she should really fix her attitude not sure if she’s supervisor or manager but she should really fix it ! I cancelled my order & left never going back again.

Placed an order over the phone, went to pick it up and there was only one register open while there was a line out the door. There were two girls on one closed register just chatting away. My order took 30 mins to prepare when I was quoted 15 mins. And to top it all off, my wings were cold.

THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO COUNT
(This is mainly for people not eating at the restaurant)
There have been multiple occasions where i receive less wings than i ordered. the most recent visit i ordered 10 wings and received 6, and none of the other wings were were big enough to compensate for the missing wings. one time even twice is forgivable but more than that, and it has been more than twice, is not forgivable. The other reason this is a huge issue for me is that i don’t eat at the restaurant, i take out. So imagine the my disappointment when i put on the t.v. get ready to eat and i don’t have all my wings and i cant complain to get the missing wings because i don’t want to drive back to the store; But i shouldn’t have to in the first place.
The wings are good and the girls that work there are usually nice to customers so if you eat at the restaurant its no big deal i guess. BUT if your taking out, make sure to look over your order while your at the store so you don’t go through the disappointment i have gone through many times.

The food is good but some what over priced. The forgot to make my order, after 20mins I get up to ask for it, the make it n 2 mins and don’t bother apologize to me for forgetting about my food.

The wings are always good & the raspberry iced Tea however I dislike how they keep upping their prices & the napkin ewww I hate the napkins something I’d like to tell the franchise… stop being cheap we’re not eating at a homeless shelter we’re eating expensive wings so please fix that… i th er th en that the food is great… make sure to phone ur order if ur not eating there because it’s always busy!

There costumer service got way better now, Thumps up wingstop !! Great place to relax with friends and have a good time and why not drink a cold beer ;)

Good spot to hang out at. Usually clean, good customer service, fast& accurate with orders.

Don’t come to this wing stop. Me and my bf came here and the employees have attitude. ALL OF THEM. The food took forever. I just did not like the environment

I preordered to pick up, they called to confirm. It still was not ready when I arrived, even arriving 15 min late.

It’s always crowded. So I’ve learned to place an order over the phone and just drop by when it’s ready. They have never messed up my order unlike other wingstop I’ve been to. They need to go back to the regular soda machine… Thanks for the choices but I don’t want to wait in line. Don’t be scared off by the girls sometimes they look like they want to punch you in the face but I don’t blame them that place never stops.

So we went back the other day and we were very satisfied with the food. The wings were great, the cookery on wings was the best we had there in all the years we’ve been there. The fries hot and crisp, just perfect. The customer service is still in need of some serious revamping but at this point I don’t think it has anything to directly do with the Wingstop themselves, other than their bad judgement in hiring. Evidently, the work ethic today is nothing like was years ago. And I figure I can put up with the spoiled brats as long as I get some good wings!
I’ve been communicating with Wingstop management and apparently, they do listen, so kudos to them for that!
We’ll be going back!

I love this place!!! Honey BBQ wings are so good and the honey mustard dip! If it was up to me I would eat here everyday
The only problem is that they do take a very long time giving you your order even when you order over the phone

I am a huge wing stop fan, but this location is by far the worst ever! Unfortunately, it’s the one closest to my house so I have no choice but to come here. I normally order for the wing stop 15 mins before arriving to pick it up. At the location by my job, school and boyfriends house they always have it ready the moment I arrive. But at this location I order it 30 MINS before arriving and even when I arrive it is still not ready! I’m currently here right now, ordered 30 minutes beforehand. It’s still not ready and I’ve waited a good 10 minutes now and no one is even here! What are they so busy doing that the order is still not ready???
Everytime I come to this location they always have to ask me minutes later, «in sorry, what did you order again? Or «I’m sorry what’s the name to your order again» this seriously defeats the purpose of ordering before hand!
I thought the first time it happened it was a one time thing, but it literally happens everytime!

After the last review I told myself I wouldn’t come back to this location. Well my girlfriend was craving Wing Stop so here we are. The owner sent me a message asking me to try this location again because the management was brand new. I walk in and there is a ton of people crowding the counter. I think the layout is a problem with this place because people dont have anywhere else to wait and it gets too crowded. The workers are as diligent as they are gonna be, but maybe getting more training would make things run smoother.
All in all it has gotten a little better and I’m looking forward to seeing how things progress.

Located in a strip mall on Eastern Ave. It’s never too busy during lunch and the wings come out a decent amount of time. The cashiers are usually friendly. but don’t exactly seem to have the best customer skills either…
ATOMIC — Spicy and super vinegary and peppery. The aroma will practically hit you in the face.
ORIGINAL HOT — Spicy and also vinegary but not as crazy as the Atomic.
LOUISIANA RUB — This is a better option and just asking for a side of orig. hot or atomic sauce to dunk it in
HICKORY SMOKED BBQ — Also kinda vinegary but ok bbq flavor. Not that great, but what can you expect from a chain?
LEMON PEPPER — Interesting I guess.
GARLIC PARMESAN — a-​ok, the parmesan makes it smell kinda funky
Honestly, NOT the best wings but $.50/​wings on Monday and Tuesday is pretty darn good!
