Dr Gronas and Dr Pallerla are both super efficient, thorough and amazing. Dr Pallerla did a complete examination, accurately diagnosed a sinus infection, and with treatment, I felt better immediately. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Gronas with a case of conjunctivitis. He took the time to research an antibiotic that is compatible with breastfeeding so I can continue feeding my baby. The office staff is efficient and friendly. Each time I’ve been here, I’ve been checked in and seen in a very timely manner. I did not, however, have a good experience with the PA, Michael. He came across as extremely sarcastic and crass. I had informed him that my baby had had bacterial conjunctivitis, so Michael incorrectly diagnosed my case as allergic conjunctivitis. I questioned his diagnosis, based on the fact that we just had an encounter with bacterial. His response was«I went to school for this. I know what I’m talking about.» He also spent 90% of his time with me looking at someone else’s chart. He really came across as a jerk, and I would not recommend him to anyone.

I have been to Patient First for the fourth time in 2 weeks for the same illness. I agree that the staff is pleasant, friendly. My issue is the wait time. As there are multiple rooms in the back and they fill them. This they do it seems so that the waiting room looks empty. I have waited no less than 1.5 hrs to be seen each time I have been here. So, be sure to ask a wait time. Always plan to wait a long time. If PF was concerned with its patients, they would post a wait time at the entrance updated every half hour. Further, return patients being seen for the fourth time for the same thing should absolutely leap frog over other patients for a shorter wait as they have already put in hours, especially if the doc they have seen each time is there seeing patients.

Staff was nice and I didnt wait long. Doctor I saw was horrible… I was 90% sure that I had a ruptured achilles tendon(15 min of research online via smartphone)…doc diagnosis was a leg sprain… doc asked if I wanted my leg wrapped and if I would like crutches… I said doc you tell me… im paying you so you can treat me??? Doc’s assistant comes in and says I dont know how to wrap your leg… I walked out really confused. Doc never told me what she diagnosed me with… she didnt tell me how to treat it… she gave me anti inflammatory pills and called it a day… I had to read the little papers on what I was diagnosed with and how to treat my «leg sprain». Next day I was seen by an orthopedic specialist, within 5 minutes his diagnosis was a ruptured achilles. Got an mri earlier this week and they sent the reports to patients first. patient first calls me today to inform me I have a full torn achilles. a hahaha. .what a joke.

I will give three stars because the front desk staff and nurse who helped me were wonderful. The doctor, however, had one if the worst bedside manners ever. I went in for something routine. My blood pressure was elevated because I have white coat syndrome and get nervous with new medical situations. The doctor just kept repeating over and over that I needed to see a General Practitioner immediately for blood pressure even though I told him I have and it’s just anxiety. The doctor had his back to me basically the whole time typing notes on the computer while I asked him questions. While the facility is nice… I would never go to this doctor again.

This place is the slowest clinic i’ve ever been to. Spent over 2 hours there and still did not get to see a doc. At the 2hr mark i just got up and left from the back. Smh… Thanks for wasting my time patient first… Just needed amoxicillin for a ear infection.
