I have been to other Boston markets and loved them. Took my husband here for the first time and that’s the last time we will be there. Unprofessional staff… all the tables were dirty… when. I complained the guy got an attitude with me and said «well he can’t be on register and clean the tables at the same time.» The portions were horrible. Looked like they didn’t care enough to make it presentable, they just threw the food on the plate.

We were ignored by the girl behind the register who was on the phone. When she was done she was more interested in telling the other employees about her call.
After we finally ordered we saw that half the resturaunt had chairs lined up to keep customers out of that area. I assume it was because they cleaned that area for closing? It was 7.45 pm. Of the 7 tables remaining, 2 were occupied, 3 had dirty dishes on them. We sat at one of the remaining 2. As I pulled out the chair, there was a sticky substance on the back so I had to wash my hands. Bathroom was filthy. The final table was clean. Food portions seem to be getting smaller. Overall, they need new management here. Poor service, small portions, dirty.

I’m leaving one star because the food wasn’t bad. However, the staff is unprofessional when at the register ordering the cashier Ryan ignored us in the middle of the order to carry on a conversation with a fellow employee. No excuse me or sorry. When we turned around to find a table little did we realize when we walked in there were no clean tables. 5 tables had previous customers trays on them and the ones without dirty plates had crumbs that were never wiped off. We had to ask an employee to wipe off a table. The bathrooms were filthy also. When we spoke to a manager Melissa, she tried to blame it on the «big boss» for letting someone go home early. Just a terrible restaurant all around. First and last time at this restaurant.

Mike, the delivery person is awesome. He is friendly, reliable, helpful, and overall a nice guy. We use Boston market several times a month for corporate lunches and Mike always takes good care of us.

CHICKEN. POT. PIE. Lol, that’s all I need to say about Boston Market :)
Haha, but all jokes aside, their food is really great. The pot pie is flavorful and has a nice flaky, buttery crust. The veggies aren’t over or under cooked. The mashed potatoes are the perfect consistency. The gravy could use a tad more flavor, but not bad. The service is great too.

I feel like people never really go out of their way to leave a positive review, but the experience I had at this location today definitely deserves some praise! Upon arrival, we were informed that they were out of chicken and it would be a wait to get our food. I was not prepared to back down, but my boyfriend did not want to wait. They told us it would be about 15 minutes so I suggested we get a side order of Mac and cheese to snack on while we waited. The manager informed us that the order of Mac and cheese and our sodas were on the house since we were going to wait! It is very rare to experience that type of hospitality in a fast food establishment. All of the employees were very friendly, the food was great, and it was ready in the fifteen minute time frame! Props to the staff for staying so friendly and accommodating during a time of crisis!

I love Boston market’s food but after over 10 tries I refuse to go to this location anymore. Awful service, rude employees, long waits, wrong orders, rotten food, just to name a few things. I’m not one to write reviews especially bad ones, but had to for this one.
