Paradise Heating & Cooling

Had them install a new AC/​furnace unit. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because their prices are really good & the equipment itself does work well. Installers smoked in my garage during installation– pretty unprofessional. My entire house ended up reeking of smoke that day. Not ideal when you’re 5 months pregnant & have a toddler! Recently discovered that they didn’t seal up the hole that they used to go from outside unit into my house and a mouse came into my house. I called & the owner had excuses, said they didn’t touch that line/​opening into our house… a little hard to believe when the entire system needed to be replaced as it was 35 years old! If you hire them, be sure to inspect everything very closely or you might end up being sorry later, like I am now!
