Do NOT get keys made here! They will not work. I’ve tried multiple times with 2 different houses. Super frustrating! Just go to a locksmith

Awesome customer service. I got help to install my trees and the agent went out of the way to help me pick he right tools for the job. Excellent help

I just had a great customer service experience. Linda, the operations assistant manager, was beyond exemplary in customer service, listening, and problem-solving. She worked with Leonard who was behind the customer service desk to come to a resolution in my customer service problem regarding a water softener that was installed. I’m pleased with how well she handled my problem and was willing to find the right person to help her through the problem as well. It was cooperative, easy, and just a great experience.

‘We’ve had good experiences with the Bee Cave Home Depot. Every once in awhile you get a younger associate who’s not that informed but they seem to try. You wish they had more associates around but I get it as a business owner. If you have tough questions DAN at the Pro Desk can answer it. Good job overall with my orders, products and custom service. I’ve been going there over 8 years.

Had a great experience we needed a new back door thanks to the hail storm and Jeff took great care of me in the store and Eddie came out to the house and measured and then came back and installed the door and did a fabulous job. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to the whole Home Depot team

Don’t bother if u need lumber. Last three times I’ve been here I could not find a lumber cart inside or out in the parking lot. It’s like they’re hiding them all. Go to lowes or McCoys for your lumber needs

Go to Lowe’s. We ordered patio doors about a month ago and work on our floors(not from Home Depot) have been delayed until the doors are in. The doors were supposed to be installed today. They were supposed to come between 9 and 11. Then it became 11 to 1. After waiting for 7 hours and 4 phone calls, it became«someone missed the ticket». Needless to say, there are better things to do on a Saturday than waiting around on unfulfilled service. What a waste of a day. Go to Lowe’s.

I’m a big fan of this particular Home Depot for their customer service. They are also dog friendly!

As far as Home Depot’s go I put this one at the top as everybody’s very nice and friendly employee wise. I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for a couple years now and have never met a single employee who does not seem to genuinely want to help out

The hubby and I hoped that this store could be our go to, but we’d much rather drive the 25 minutes to south Austin to save ourselves from such terrible service. Bad experience number 1: we tried calling the store to see if they carried a specific product before going to the store. No one knew where to transfer the call. I was transeferred 4 times without ever receiving anything but a bad attitude, then the last guy told me to call the main line again and hung up. Bad experience number 2: we special ordered a rug that I fell I love with for our nursery. It took 30 minutes to order it in store because the lady wasn’t sure what she was doing. I got a call 2 days later saying they didn’t specify a color on the order. We were told it would take 8 – 10 days. After 10 days we called to see if everything was ok and the guy laughed at us and said that whoever told us that lied. Bad experience number 3(and absolute last chance): we were looking at blinds and were hopeful when the associate knew what he was talking about and was helpful. We set up an appointment to have someone come to our home and measure the windows. It cost us $ 50. My husband and I both tool off work to wait for an hour for no one to arrive. When we called, the associate didn’t apologize a single time and gave an attitude. When we said we no longer wanted to purchase blinds from them, he said«fine» an hung up! Childish, unhelpful, terrible service, waste of time.

Home Depot is always a crap shoot for me. First of all, they rarely have what I really want. And the stuff you have to settle for is pretty mediocre. Next, when you find someone that can capably answer your question, that’s a good experience. I typically find the guy that has zero clue. That was my case the other night. I guess the intelligent staff comes in from 9 – 5 or is available to contractors. I always come armed with knowledge so I can be buffered against ignorant employees. Good news? Just like everything else in the Bee Cave area, the store is rarely packed and that always makes for a more pleasant experience. At least you’re frustrated and not choked out with five other people waiting for the same fool to misguide them too.

This HD has the most helpful staff! Other than that, it’s a Home Depot, so it’s what you’d expect. Still, the staff really make this store stand out!

I never thought I would ever be a fan of HD before today. Most locations suck at costumer service and they do not teach their employees how to care for plants so all the plants usually look sick or are dieing. All the plants today looked healthy and beautiful! Something I would buy if that was what I was shopping for. I stopped by this location for some rock. I made a fast stop at the lumber area to inquire if they sold door frames since my foster dog ate my bathroom door frame. Yes was the answer with a fast education on finishing nails and caulking. I was not buying today but I got the info I needed for a future DIY! As I walked through the store to my destination I was approached by over 5 employees asking if I needed help(unheard of at most Home Depots). On the way to check out with what I came for I found the most beautiful orchid for only 16.98! will post a pic after I pot it up… A couple days before I had looked at Whole Foods who usually has an awesome selection of orchids and they only had 3 Philodendrons that looked like they would not last another week. The orchids at this HD mostly still had a ton of healthy buds yet to open! Oh and they are dog friendly! I saw 2 different couples shopping with their dogs with employees asking to greet the dogs! This will be my go to HD from now on!

Awesome HD — though we live in South Austin this might have to become our home store. Great service during our veneerstone purchase and good deals on the product we received!

I am upgrading this store to 2 stars because I went in yesterday and had two keys cut in less than 2 minutes. They have a machine that does the cutting(no longer do they do it manually) so either they can or they can’t do it. The total for my two new keys was $ 3 at the self checkout. You gotta love quick and cheap solutions and Home Depot does have some. One star for key cutting services! Go HD!!!
