This is a place where anyone with hair issues should be able to go and find something to meet their needs. Lots of inventory wigs, hair pieces, extensions, turbans, hats, etc. The staff here is wonderful.
I have spent over $ 500 here and had a hair piece I bought on line that needed a trim. They trimmed it once but not enough. Took it back for additional trim and had first encounter with the owner. She is rude and an overall unhappy person who refused to trim it because I didn’t buy from her. She did not give that as her reason, but when another staffer was willing to trim it she told her no.
If I need additional hair products while going through chemo, I will call to make sure this bitter lady is not there. Way to be compassionate with cancer patients and customers.
Would like to give it 5 stars but due to the owner will only rate it 3.
