Yolanda was the lash technician. She needs to take a work ethics class. She cancelled my appointments numerous time. Not only that, she also tried to change the appointment location from Bedford to a «home office». I understand things happen, but you run a business. You should manage your time better. I eventually gave up on her. I cannot rely on somebody that does not even know her own schedule. It’s inconvenient for the customers. As for her skills, it was alright. She texted during my session, and I did not feel like I got the full attention. I am very disappointed.
