I visited this salon for the first time and got a simple cut and color. I was initially impressed by the fact that they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. The end result was excellent. Melissa did an outstanding job on my hair and I had no complaints with the quality of her work. The customer service was seriously lacking though. I would have walked out at one point, had I not had hair full of dye. Service was very slow and indifferent. I felt that they do not respect your time. Make sure you have plenty of free time when you go because you’ll need it.
