This is the worst McDonald’s EVER! I always have to pull up and wait for my food, even if I’m the only customer. Service has really gone down at this location.

I grew up going to this location, so I’ll always remember and refer to it as my original, home McDonald’s. I’ve never experienced any kind of trouble or rude service here, it continues to be fast, friendly, and efficient. You never wait in the drive-thru line for long, even if it’s wrapped around the building. I mostly just stop through for a large coke(they’re not $ 1.08 anymore though, :(sad) and some french fries. The fries always seem to be a fresh batch, hallelujah. I’ve gone inside a couple times when taking my niece for a playdate, and I find both the seating area and the playground space to be clean. It’s… a McDonald’s!

The morning drive thru crew is extremely friendly and pleasant. Even if you are not a morning person, they always put me in a better mood with their positive attitude. They have never messed up my breakfast order.

Always check your change and order before leaving. They tried to short change me $ 30 one time. It took counting out the cash drawer to prove it. I do love to get ice here because it is quick and usually just packaged. All lose ice cubes, not a giant frozen cube like some ice bags. Their Internet is really slow. I usually go to Starbucks, in the same shopping center, if all I mainly need is the internet.

I live just down the street from this location, so I’ve been here quite a bit in the last few months. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant in my life. One time, my boyfriend and I went in during breakfast time, while we were ordering, he asked the cashier for two plain tortillas. Apparently, there isn’t a button on the computer to ring up tortillas, so the cashier called her manager over for help on the matter. Instead of charging us for a biscuit and giving us tortillas, or just giving us tortillas for no charge, she told the cashier,(not my friend or myself, btw, she didn’t speak to her customers until I was about ready to start yelling at her) that we couldn’t have an tortillas. My friend used to work at Mcd’s and quietly told how BS that was because they tortillas come in a 12 pack and it shouldn’t really be any trouble to give us two measly tortillas. At this point, I asked the manager of she could charge us for a biscuit and give us the tortillas instead(I was assuming she was worried about food costs) but she declined my offer and said if we wanted tortillas we would have to buy a breakfast burrito. An almost two dollar burrito for each tortilla! This managers’ name was lillia, and she is the worst manager ever. I work as a manger in fast food, so I try to be understanding and not get upset with fast food employees, but I admit that I did yell at her a little. It just blows my mind to think that anyone would treat their customers like this. They consistently mess up orders on drive through. I ordered a dr. pepper and a powerade, no ice, and somehow got an iced tea and lemonade. I parked my car at the end of the drive through and went inside to fix my drinks myself. When going through the drive through, my fries are always cold when I get them and are gross by the time I get home(a three minute drive), and I’ve gotten someone else’s order more than once. In all, their drive through needs a lot of work, as do their managers. 1⁄10 would not recommend.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I kick myself every time I go back but it is close to my home and my son loves McDonald’s. The food is hit or miss as to its freshness and temperature but what sends me over the edge is their deplorable/horrible customer service! I have NEVER consistently encountered more rude, obnoxious and discourteous employees in my life. I am a big believer that everything starts at the top so this owner should take a long look at who they have managing this location because it has to be effecting business. I have typically driven a several miles farther to another location so I guess I am back to being inconvenienced because this location can’t or won’t get its act together!

Worst McDonald’s if you go at night. Bald guy and other meth head manager are morons. Morning crew is good.

I know everyone raves about this McDonald’s having a super fast drive-thru. But, I had one of the longest wait times(ordering inside) that I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s at this location recently. The associates were apologetic about the wait(nearly 5 minutes), and this was still a better experience then the one I had just had at Burger Box minutes ago(which I walked out of). I got the Angus Deluxe, but I wish that McDonald’s would reconsider the lettuce and onions that they use on this burger. Especially the lettuce which is leathery and un-most uneatable for me.

I am normally note a huge fan of drive through and fast food; but, they are there for a reason. So, last night we were on the way to the hospital to visit our Daddy when my pregnant sister yells«pull into McDonald’s» as I am passing it and already running late. I U turn and pull up to 1 of 2 speakers and ordered proceeded to the first window and payed, pulled up to the second window to get our shakes and as I proceed to leave my sister yells«back up». At first I thought I had forgot my change — I back up and see that the woman is waving a dog«bone shaped cookie» out the window and said«a treat for your dog»! How freaking sweet! And our shakes were yummy! Yes, I know we got excited over a visit to McDonald’s!?! But, it is those little acts of kindness that keep me positive and laughing instead of crying.
