DJ JOE GRILLO!
I only gave him one star because I couldn’t give him zero.
You should hire this company if you’re looking for a side order of attitude for your Wedding DJ!
Joe had absolutely zero investment in the success of what was a beautiful day, shared by family friends, including my two best friends.
Not only did he unenthusiastically/​pathetically announce our groom and bridesmaid parties, but then he just left them hanging, with no walk off (Walk of like…: «Everyone put your hands together for The Shanahans!» «Congratulations» etc, nothing.) After everyone was announced, there was no upbeat music, there wasn’t a sound. It was extremely awkward.
On top of Joe Grillos horrible attitude, was his horrible playlist. Goodness Christ! This «DJ» had absolutely zero flow! There was no song transition, he had no beat consistency. I mean, the dude would go from Shaggy «it wasn’t me» to Madonnas «Like a prayer». and back to something like Santeria. I mean honestly, wtf?
As a bonus, at the end of the night at 11:58, Joe Grillo decided to call it a night. While the groom, bride and about 25 other people were dancing to my requested Nelly «ride with me» Joe turned off all the music, didn’t say «good night» «get home safe» «congratulations» «thanks for coming», NOTHING. He just shut off his music and said he was done because, «it’s midnight»
All in all Joe Grillo is an absolutely terrible «DJ» and a jerk for the way he handled my best friends wedding. Shame on you Joe, shame on you.
