I’ve been with Dr. Emmet since 2005. I started going to her mainly due to insurance coverage but now even without any insurance plus moving to another far off city, I would hate changing my ob/gyn. Dr. Emmet as well as her staff give me a peace of mind. They never rush you, especially if you have questions. I’ve called them several times with questions concerning my issues and they have either taken care of it immediately over the phone or called me at the earliest so the doctor could see me in person. Never had a problem making appointments either. Yes, the phones ring non-stop which keeps the front desk staff busy, but I see this as a positive thing. Infact I’d be worried if they didn’t have enough patients. I’ll highly recommend Dr. Emmet and her practice. The office/waiting area and the rooms are always clean and sanitized. I’ve seen at physicians and at dentist offices where the room is not cleaned after the previous patient, which gives me creeps. But not even once in so many years have I seen any debris or used gowns or anything unappealing for that matter just laying around. Unless we move out of DFW, Dr. Emmet will always be my first choice.

Sweet lady, however, she was very unhelpful in providing me information. She would only ask«Do you have any questions?» Being my first pregnancy, I had no idea what questions to ask! On top of other things that I didn’t care for, I changed to a new doctor. At the new doctor, they discovered that Dr. Emmet had not done 2 crucial tests in the first trimester of my pregnancy, so we had to rush to get those done. Dr. Emmet’s office also then claimed I never had ultrasounds done, so I am now missing my medical records from the first to ultrasounds I had completed at week 4&8. I would highly suggest finding another medical office. I ended up with Women’s Integrated Health in Grapevine, and I LOVETHEM!
