Jeremy is hands down one of the best assets this location has ever acquired. I pass twelve other locations between my home and work and stop here to see his smiling face and joyous interaction in the morning. He’s even mastered the art of up selling(in something as simple as a coffee shop) and has made me aware of new products on the ever changing lineup. So, I would hope management can understand my absolute disgust upon watching him being publicly berated by a manager and shift leader over something as silly as a pretzel roll this morning. Because Jeremy was not aware there were none available he was openly disciplined with snide comments from both of his superiors in an extremely unprofessional manner in front of customers. I apologized to him when I got to the counter. There’s no reason any stellar employee should be treated that way. Hopefully, this gets seen and behavior is adjusted accordingly. Thanks for great service Jeremy, every day!

I work nearby so I go to this Dunkins when I’m in a pinch for some caffeine or slept too late to eat breakfast AND shower(so I’m there pretty frequently). In the numerous times that I have been to this location, I can’t think of a single instance that my order has NOT been screwed up. I would recommend ordering absolutely anything, because they’re just going to give you whatever they feel like anyways. I can always count on this Dunkins to disappoint me, but I keep going so the jokes on me. 5 stars for consistency!
