Best Chipotle location around. All of the guys who work here are super friendly and can make a burrito with good, even amounts of everything. The location is also nice because it is easy to get in and out of and you have a light if you want to turn left out of the lot. I don’t find this location to be nearly as busy as the Burlington location either. Ya there may be a line sometimes but I don’t expect one unless it is around 5 – 7 and if it isn’t those times there usually isn’t a big line.

Food is decent, and service is fast and nice. It is a little bit better than what you would generally expect from a fast food restaurant. It is also pretty clean there. Location is really bad however. There is outdoor seating, but it is right next to a really busy road, so if you are looking for a relaxing meal outside, this is not the place.

I was disappointed in my meal. Went for lunch around 12:45. Nothing was very warm, and they dumped a huge amount of sour cream on my burrito, which overwhelmed other flavors and added to the cold food aspect. This was my worst chipotle experience ever, by a long shot. On the plus side, staff was friendly.

I’ve been here twice. Once when they first opened (bad experience) and the 2nd time was last week, because I figured they had enough time to improve. There was no line and I got my burrito quickly. The server failed to inform me until the very end that guacamole comes free with the veggie burrito (couldn’t he have said this before he wrapped it up?). My other issue is with the actual toppings; there is not a big selection. The rice was hard, not fully cooked maybe. The medium salsa was lacking flavor. I feel like they should have more sauces available to ‘spice’ it up. The burrito was rather bland overall.

We’ve been to this Chipotle quite a few times after it has opened. I had put off writing a review because of an early bad experience but since my experiences have been consistently good recently, I thought I would mention it. Similar to many of the other Chipotle restaurants out there, the food is good and there tends to be a crowd. Service was like clockwork and I think our wait was no more than 5 minutes during lunchtime last Sunday. I was particularly impressed that the cashier gave us 2 complimentary water cups.

Food is good. Only complaint is that the chips were half stale. Ordered my food earlier via online about 2 hours before pick up time chosen. Food was cold. Seemed like it was sitting there for an hour waiting for me to pick up.

I really liked this Chipotle. The staff is really friendly and attentive, and it made for a very pleasant environment. The food quality was good and fresh, and the restaurant was clean. I’d definitely go back, I liked it a lot.

Eating at this Chipotle is a pretty nice experience, the steak is juicy, the salsa is spot on, and they service you pretty quickly even when there’s a line of people almost out the door. The place is a little cramped though when you’re eating in, but it doesn’t really matter despite how good the good is. My real problem is that how little that they give. There it’s no way filling up half the bottom bowl is worth $ 8. I don’t know if they always skimp when there’s a line, but that’s the only reason why I don’t plan on coming back. Good food, but a shame.

This was probably one of the worst Chipotle’s I have been to. I know around lunch time, it’s super busy and I’m usually waiting out the door, but I have never waited 20 minutes for my food. At other locations, the wait is at least 5 – 10 minutes. They give really small portions. I’m used to seeing my entire bowl covered with lettuce and they sprinkled a bit on. I didn’t bother asking for guacamole because they would have charged me $ 2 for a teaspoon. The only plus is that the staff were friendly and of course it tastes great.
I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to Burlington’s Chipotle.

This chipotle has excellent service. The staff are always friendly and welcoming towards me. A staff member once payed for my friends meal when she said she was having a bad day. Their food quality is also very good especially for how fast they make it. Very tasty and fresh. I am Always satisfied with the cleanliness and the restaurant all around!

Chipotle is Chipotle is Chipotle — you know what to expect when you go in there — the only thing that kept me from rating the Bedford MA store as a 5 like most others is the Guacamole.. .. I don’t know what they are doing over there but the guac is. .. oily. I don’t know how better to describe it and have no idea what they could be doing to make it like that. Thought it would get better when they had a little time under their belt as a new location — but no — still oily — oddly colored guacamole! PLEASE FIX THE GUAC!!! Nashua NH & Burlington MA have execellent guac!

Surprisingly good food options. The usual conveyor-​belt selection and assembly process with an emphasis on the «everything but the kitchen sink» burrito, but the «everything» turned out to include some smoky grilled (or roasted) chicken that was simply terrific, semi-​spicy beef that was also unusually tasty, recently-​made guacamole that was better than most of the Mexican restaurants in the area, etc. All of us were pleasantly surprised. Prices were very good.
The décor is pretty much minimalist gas-​station rest room. Maybe they hadn’t had the chance to decorate yet, I hope. So don’t eat there but do try the tacos. You might be pleasantly surprised.
