Baker’s Delights

No service at all! They took my money and gave me nothing! Do not trust these people. I ordered a sweet potato pie and Owner made me pre-​pay which I didn’t mind. They told me to pick it up 3 days later and gave me a narrow 30-​minute window. Something came up and I tried to reach them 2 full days in advance by phone and text. No one would call me back. The day the pie was to be ready, they changed my pick up time without consult. I went to storefront (which looks abandoned) but I missed my window by 30 min. I called and texted again and for the for rest of week but no response. I just wanted the pie I paid for. They must be screening their calls because right after being ignored by phone, I caught the Owner at their storefront. The Owner just dismissed me, ignored my legitimate complaint, and shrugged off their total lack of communication. I don’t know if they are trying to alienate their potential clients or if FRAUD is their actual business strategy. Her only resolution was for me to pay for another ‘imaginary pie’ with another future pick-​up date. No thank you.
