I’ve taken my car there for minor and major repairs. B does a great job and is reasonably priced. He’s friendly and timely.

Owner B is a honest and professional person. He is very detail oriented and knows his domain. I am here first time for my oil change but I am sure will be back more and more, servicing my Acura

My husband and I have used V Tech a few times now and are completely impressed each time. Great customer service, friendly, and very, very honest. This is a real mechanic with great intentions who knows his stuff. We are only going there from now on.

I have had a great experience taking my 1991 Toyota Previa to V-​Tech over the past 7 years. I’ve especially enjoyed B.‘s expertise, his friendliness, and his honest help in finding the best solution for any car trouble. I feel very grateful to have found a mechanic that I know that I can trust, and B. has done great work on my car, every time.
I highly recommend him to anyone, even if you don’t live in the neighborhood — he’s worth driving to.

One of the best mechanics for my Toyota! Super honest, timely and very reasonably priced! What more can you ask from a mechanic? As a girl, most mechanics try to swindle me into doing things to the car that’s not necessary and I usually have to double check w my husband or just have my husband do the talking/​negotiating. B is so great. He explains everything and gives me options on what can be done. He doesn’t pressure me to have the work done at his shop if it’s not necessary or reasonable. For example, I brought my car to the dealer for a recall, but a had a separate urgent problem that I thought was related to the recall but it wasn’t. I called B and he said to just have it fixed at the dealer since I was there. But I didn’t want to. I’d rather give B my business because he’s so honest. He was able to fit me in the next morning and had it done in an hour! AND was $ 30+ cheaper than the dealer (dealer quoted me $ 77 part + $ 50 labor). B charged me ($ 65 part + $ 30 labor) even though it took longer than he expected!
Another example… My starter went out at 5pm while my in-​laws were visiting from out if town. B waited after hours for the tow truck to drop off my car at his shop, ordered the part to arrive first thing in the morning and told me it would be done by 1pm. Sure enough, 1pm I got a call from B to pick up my car! Such great service!

I found V-​Tech over 5 years ago on the «Car Talk» Most Trusted Mechanics website. My first impression was «WOW, I come back here from now on». Unlike many car dealers, you can trust the owner of this shop. He took his time explaining things and I was impressed by his honesty. I’m an Apartment Manager and referred six of my tenants to this shop, all six are happy with repairs and charges and will go back. If you have a Japanese vehicle, this is the place to go. I just wish I could find a doctor or dentist this great…

Couldn’t ask for anything better in an auto service shop. «B» is always willing to help and always seems to be available. So glad I found this place a few years ago!

These guys are great. Several times I have taken my Nissan there and each time the mechanic has tried to show me either how I can simply fix it myself (if I want) or has quickly done something and not charged for it. Whenever work has been done it was done well and at a very reasonable price. Honest, quality.

I made a wrong turn after patronizing a nearby locksmith shop, and found this gem on a back road near Aloha several years ago.
If you’re weary of dealership antics, this excellent independent mechanic is honest, very considerate, and highly skilled. I very much prefer to leave a car there, handle any calls about questions that arise, and pick it up when done. Especially since it’s usually keeping my friend’s ’87 Nissan happy.

I took my car to B because my father used to take his car to the shop that was previously next door. (I think?)
So basically I went in blind. B took such great care of me, I will forever be his loyal customer and will always recommend this business to anyone in need. I needed a simple belt replaced, B had it by the end of the business day that I had called and fit me in first thing the next morning and had me in and out before 11am. Talk about fast!
On top of that, the guys there checked my car in & out and were able to tell me of a few factory recalls I had (as well as some other work I needed) and were able to point me in the right direction to have these factory repairs done locally being that there is no Mitsubishi factory repair in the near area.
When it came time to get some major work done that B had warned me I would soon need, I called him (of course!) he again got my part in right away, even thought he thought it would take a few days, and had me bring in my car the very next day. He called me halfway through to say ‘bad news’ which no one wants to hear… but it was a part I already knew needed fixing, and he was apologetic that he was going to need to keep my car over the weekend (it was Friday) because the part would’t be in until Monday. B got my car done fast on Monday and was extremely fair on price. He is super friendly! If I could give them 11 stars I would!!!
