Sunset Porsche

I stopped by Sunset Porsche yesterday with my 2002 Porsche 911 4S, because I needed a battery replacement. Ian in service was superb. He genuinely cares about a customers experience, and I thank him for that. They had the car overnight because they wanted to make sure I really did need a new battery. The shuttle driver Jose was very nice, and I appreciate how easy the whole process was. Picked up the car today! Overall awesome service department. Thanks guys.

Just had the 10k service done at Sunset Porsche in Portland Or. Cost was the same as an earlier oil change I had done as a preventive measure at 4k to clear any possible break-​in debris. Each time this included software updates for the car. I also wanted to check out the Panamera so the dealer let me have a 2015 Panamera 4 to take out and use until my car was done. The first time I was given a 2015 Cayenne for many days so they could do some work on the paint on the hood.
As an added bonus I had accidentally lowered the garage door on my rear hatch and scratched it not once but twice when I couldn’t figure out why the door was still open (no cure for stupid) and closed it once more on the hatch. The folks took the car to their detail shop and completely buffed out the scratches which I had not been able to do. This is the second paint repair they have done the first being the paint marred by bird dropping which I also could not remove with polish and an orbital buffer.
Needless to say this Porsche service is the best and they have earned the more than an oil change fee every time doing more than necessary and taking care of extras at no charge. Even though I have found my dealer not to be low cost I didn’t expect that from Porsche have been treated better by Porsche than any other manufacture in over 50 years of auto ownership.
Special mention to John the service manager, Ian the service writer and Nick my sales rep. Sunset has done a fabulous job since purchase and continue to exceed expectations, I highly recommend you give these folks a try if your in the market as they will not let you down.

Nick Roseta is an outstanding asset to Sunset Porsche. He has exemplified his professionalism, insight, foresight and relaxed/​calm nature once again for our 3^rd sale at Sunset.
