Starbucks

Been here 40ish times and thought u would write a review, the people are really nice, fast they have messed up before on my drink (3 times) but always are kind and make a new one for me. I didn’t dock them for it cuz there always kind and people make mistakes. It needs to be swept a bit more. wall plugs are scarce but good window and outside sitting. I also not a fan that the normal menu is pretty far from the ordering spot. I know what I want but have heard others complain.

Whenever I think of how a Starbucks should be, this location comes to mind. It’s neat, the staff are phenomenal, and though its next to a busy road (Hall blvd) its never too busy! It is the closest location to my home, and as a university student, is an ideal place to pop open my laptop next to my iced tea and get right to work. Roast on!

I came in on Halloween night of 2015 on the verge of tears because of Trimet flooding. Andrew was nothing, but amazing! I have been coming to this Starbucks for many years because it was so close to my family home and was always shown pure kindness and felt welcome, but what happened tonight was beyond customer service. It was human kindness!

Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Get the pumpkin spice latte while you can, it’s my favorite!

Ok so I started going to this location due to another location never getting a simple order right and the manager never caring about it when I informed them. So here I go again same issues now with this location. I get it– Your Starbucks your busy– but hey your busy because of your customers so take care of them and they will keep coming back for more.
So this last week I ordered my regular cinnamon dulce latte hot– I knew it felt light but going through the drive through didn’t want to check everything to keep the others behind me waiting. Got to work, opened it — yep it was a quarter empty– and NO SYRUP! It was harsh, bitter coffee with some cinnamon stuck to the top of the coffee cup. My bagel– thanks but didn’t need a spoon to spread the cream cheese either. So decided to let them know– sent a message about the issues, got a email back” Hey thanks I am glad we were able to close this up for you– can you now send us a quick review on how we did? «
Seriously? You fixed the problem huh? Never heard from anyone– and yes I filled out that review with 1 star and advised why– No response so no return as a customer– I will not return to this location. Thanks Starbucks for proving that a conglomerate is just that– A large company not for the people but for themselves.

Very good service and it’s the perfect place to go and do homework or study or work on work or anything you could think of! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who just need some relaxing time or simply some coffee!

Worst Starbucks experience ever. 3 people behind me got their drinks before me… I dunno, are Americanos that hard to make?

This Starbucks biggest drawback is the parking lot which is extremely small for this mini strip mall.
There is very high traffic here but the emcees do a great job hammering out the drinks.
There is minimal indoor seating and some outdoor seating as well.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks. The staff here is so sweet and amazing. Always great service and great drinks! I go out of my way to go to that particular store because it’s just so wonderful.

This location has really gone down hill. Employees used to be nice & helpful, the service prompt & always correct. Lately I’ve been having a lot of issues. I’ve made my last visit to Starbucks today, after again being given the wrong order. It’s not even hard, I asked for no whipped cream. Not rocket science.

A good place to get your expresso based candy coffee fix on after a meal at Panda next door. Yep it’s a chain lovers dream come true heheh
But really you could do far worse and overall this is a good location with nice workers.

This Starbucks has indoor or outdoor seating and plenty to choose from. Parking is a little tight but if you work at nearby offices… this is the place to get your coffee!

Great service and yummy peach green tea lemonade! It hides right behind a bagel shop. There is cramped parking but inside the shop is spacious and clean. Love going here when I get my breakfast!

This is a busy commuter starbucks but they are always so fast! They never complain when I swing by after a sweaty workout and order my iced refresh tea which takes extra effort to make. Matt runs an excellent store!

I am a Starbucks regular at several sites. This is by far my least favorite. I only go to this one if I am in the area. The help is standoffish and not helpful. This is very unusual for a Starbucks. This one is hard to get to even though it is highly visible when driving on Hall Blvd. You need to turn off Hall and wind around to a small parking lot and then walk way to the front of the strip mall to find the store. And the store shape is weird and not inviting. The décor is substandard for Starbucks as well. I do not recommend going here unless you can stroll over from your work place. The coffee is the same as other Starbucks, but… enough said.

I love this Starbucks! Last time I was there one of the girls was so rude to my coworkers. I’ll continue to go but I expect more. We go every morning around 10 for a break away from our crazy job. A coffee with some kindness shouldn’t be too much to ask.

This Starbucks is usually busy, especially on the weekends, but I typically don’t experience any service delays. I usually only come here if I’m also going to Einstein bagels right next door.
I use 3 stars as the model for Starbucks if I have a pleasant experience, and add or detract based on my experiences there, for better or for worse. I start at 3 because there are a plethora of coffee options available that are better. I’ve always received great service and my last experience was positive with a barista who actually ground my whole beans to the specification I requested and advised me of a sale they were having on said beans, he managed to upsell me which is not an easy thing to do (as in the past I was employed by a different Starbucks and therefore am not easily swayed).
This is a solid location with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options, which is nice.

This Starbucks is closest to my work. Usually its pretty good but sometimes the morning staff get a bit too chatty with one another and forget a drink order so you stand around waiting for them to ask if you’ve been helped. The girl was nice and made my drink immediately and gave me a free drink coupon for next time. She made it right.
Other than that one little hiccup, I will continue to go back here and there.
Im addicted to coffee! ha!

Starbucks is always fast and friendly. I enjoyed my visit to this location.
