This property is by far the worst of the three located near Denney and 217 and I know as a person who has rented from one or another (or all) of them for the past 10 years or so. The property is ill laid out, run down and generally full of cast off items at most times but the latest straw is the removal of the flat carts to load your stuff to the second floor. I currently have two units in two different buildings (B and D) and for the past several days there have been no carts in either building. Did the thousands of dollars PS makes not extend to plastic carts for the consumers or are we just too destructive so we have to be taught a lesson by removing them? I’ll be contacting PS over this and I’ll update the score if anything changes but as it stands I’ll be looking to move out.

Property manager cemented my decision. When I came in I was mostly just making an inquiry but was greeted professionally and attentively. When I arrived she was out sweeping up minor debris. Property was spotlessly clean. The manager (Kimberly) was attentive, conversational and in tune with my needs as a consumer. She price checked other properties in the area to help me make the best decision.
I am confident that I made the best decision.
