Great sandwiches, love the Italian! I grew up in Chicago and went to the original Potbelly all the time. It’s amazing how consistent the food is at every restaurant.

My favorite sandwich place is the Hillsboro location. The staff is great. I order online for the office and it is ALWAYS ready at the exact time so I can just run in grab the food and get back to work. I have yet to have an incorrect order. I love the Italian, the Mediterranean, Tuna, and Roast Beef. That location just seems to get it.

Love this sandwich shop. Everything is hot and fresh. My favorite sandwiches are the Italian and the turkey. The employees are very friendly and the place is clean. If you don’t want to wait or want to grab something real quick, order online! It super fast, you can add all the toppings with a click of a button and then your sandwich is ready whenever you need it to be. Potbelly’s sandwiches are WAY better than Subway, Jimmy Johns and Quiznos. Tips: if you want a bigger sandwich pay the extra $ for the«Big» or if you want less bread order it «thin cut» they will cut the bread by 1⁄3.

I come here for lunch most days and usually get the Italian or pizza sandwich. The food tastes fresh and delicious, the staff is nice, and the price for what you’re getting is great. They have been consistently on point. Would recommend.

Great sandwiches. Great atmosphere but the guy was rude and rushing us to make up our minds. Hopefully it was just a bad day for him

My wife and I decided to stop in for lunch after I had heard many good things about them(potbelly). They did not disappoint! I got A Wrek on regular bread with everything on it. I told my wife 3 – 4 times while I was eating how flavorful my sandwich was. I had a bite of her Chicken and Cheddar and it was good as well. We also got some Bacon Cheddar Soup, it was good but not great. Very creamy and not overly salty. To top it off I got a double chocolate cookie and boy was it good. We both came home and took naps we were so stuffed. We will definitely be back!

I love a good sandwich so I decided to give Potbelly a try, especially after reading all of the great reviews. I must say, I was not impressed. I walked in on a very slow Friday to grab a couple of sandwiches to-go. There was no line and I was able to get my order in right away. I was surprised that they only had like four specialty sandwiches. I ordered an Italian for my husband and I went with Turkey. You order your meat in one area and then meet it at the other side of the toaster to pick out toppings. It is nice that you can pick your toppings and really create your sandwich, but I would have loved some more specialty options to choose from. The ladies at that station weren’t overly friendly, but I picked my toppings and moved on to the cash register. When I got home I was excited to give my sandwich a try. I immediately noticed that it was pretty small, but a good size for lunch I guess. I took a bite and it just didn’t taste fresh. There was barely any turkey, just one thin lonely layer. The lettuce was wilted and sad and I think I counted 2 pickles slices on the whole thing. The wheat bun was also kind of hard and a little burnt on the outside so I had to rip off some black pieces. I decided to eat it since I paid for it but wished I had went to Firehouse instead. It was honestly no better than a Subway sandwich, which I despise. I was able to steal a bite of my husband’s Italian and it was definitely better than mine, but still not super impressive. I think it was better because it actually had meat on it! Either way, next time I’m craving a sub for lunch I’ll be going to Firehouse.

Great toasted sandwich here. Since Quiznos packed up in the area I have been missing a toasty sub. Potbelly delivers. I had the Italian which was delicious . They have a hot pepper mix that is pretty damn good, but probably too spicy for most. Nice size sandwich for about five bucks.

Staff is top notch. Super clean. What can you say about their sandwiches except AWESOME. Won’t go back to subway when you have something like this to choose from. Love this place.

They are one of the best sandwich places in the area! People are nice as well. Reminds me of Quiznos but better ingredients. Way better than subway but hard choice between Jersey Mikes and Potbelly but if you want toasted go here.

I’ve been to this location twice so far. I got the Mediterranean sandwich on whole-wheat both times. Just got to say it’s been great and quick both times, and all the people working there have been crazy nice.

This my new favorite sandwich shop. Fast, friendly and affordable. My usual is the«A Wreck». Its a tasty combo of salami, roastbeef, turkay & ham. I chose wheat but they have whole grain to. Kinda like Quiznos but way better ingredients. Try the Zapp’s Hotter ‘N Hot Jalapeño chips! I would not hesitate to return.

Love this place! The sandwiches are packed with quality meats! The soup is outstanding as well. Awesome staff! Best deal on a lunch. Around $ 6 for the best sandwich you’ll have. Ever. Ask about the secret menu too! The lucky 8 is a game changer!

I really like the food at Potbelly’s. My sandwich is always pretty good, and I like that they toast them. I’ve tried a few different types and they are all pretty good. This location is near my work so for awhile, it was sort of in my rotation of lunch spots to go to. I did unfortunately have a few bad experiences in a row at this location, so I stopped going for awhile. I kept ordering my sandwich without condiments and finding various sauces on there once I got back to work. After a few months of the silent treatment I went back and honestly, enjoyed my sandwich. They got it right :)

I’ve seen these popping up across town so thought I’d give it a try… had the Italian Sandwich with everything and it was delicious, but this place is totally on par with a few other sandwich shops I’ve been to in the area. I’d probably put this in my top 3 with Togo’s and the Beaverton Sub Shop. I guess my only qualm would be lack of choice in terms of sandwich size… they only offer a 6″ which is inexpensive(between $ 5 – 6), but sometimes I need more, and getting two of these is too much food. Really good sandwiches though.

Hubby and I stopped by today for a late lunch and I have to say I enjoyed it immensely. It is so much better than the other places I have tried, i.e. Jimmy John’s, Quiznos, Subway, etc. I got their new Clubby Sandwich on regular bread and added extra meat. It was so good, I got to pick what I wanted on it and subbed cheddar for the provolone. I also tried the Cheddar Broccoli Soup, it is my favorite kind of soup and theirs was delicious. I really enjoyed the bread, just the right amount of chew, and my carb hating husband liked the choice of «Thin» cut bread. We LOVED the Hot Peppers so much we bought a jar. It is going to be amazing in my next Tuna Sandwich! I don’t understand some folks complaints about the size of the sandwiches, I could barely eat half of mine along with half the soup, however as I age I am able to eat less and less, so it may just be me. I think the prices are amazing, 5 bucks for a nice sandwich, great deal in my opinion. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star was that fact that at 2:30 p.m. when we sat down to eat our lunches, most of the tables were dirty, in fact the table by the window was dirty but we cleaned it off as best as we could. There were only 4 other folks eating and it appeared the staff had time to clean those tables, but I may be wrong. I shall be back!

I’m addicted to the Italian sub here. There is something so good about the savory, spicy, tart, and creamy combination of hot peppers, pickles, mayo, oil, and Italian seasoning. They put a lot of oil on but that makes it even better. I get the bread«thin cut» and toasted. The«originals» size is a good amount that won’t leave you hungry but not stuffed either. I recommend the«bigs» if you have a bigger appetite as the Originals size probably won’t be filling enough. The brownie cookie is really soft and decadent. I tried their baked potato soup and thought it was good but nothing I crave. Great lunch spot!

Potbelly kills it in the toasted sandwich fast food segment. My new motto is «Quizno’s never… Potbelly forever.» Tasty sandwiches, soups and chili, made with fresh ingredients… for a fast food joint… including multigrain bread. They even have milkshakes! My wife really likes their soups and I enjoy their chili, which is somewhere between store-bought and Russell Street BBQ. :) The staff is helpful with a touch of quirkiness. Prices are a tad high and certainly above Subway, but the quality of Potbelly blows away Subway. They often have live music, but the acoustics in the building are poor and it makes ordering difficult. That’s a minor beef. The amount of stuff on the walls makes it somewhat confusing for a newbie, but the staff is good at directing you along. They cater too. Definitely a good work lunch joint.
