I like the Phở here. The fatty brisket is plentiful. I like to take my son here. He also enjoys the fatty brisket with his Phở. The pad thai here is also good but make sure to tell them less sauce or it will be to sweet. The people here are all nice and attentive.

Absolutely fantastic phở tai. I love everything about this place. Peter one of the young men that work there is awesome and very engaging always says hello and smiles and asked about my family whome I brought in just one time. I’m not sure if I like the Phở tail or the crispy wings the best either way get your ass in here and have some food ITROCKS! Big Mike

First time I’ve been back here in a long time, now it’s called phở Eden but before it was phở huong. This place is clean, looks upscale and bathrooms are very clean. The phở #1 special i had is just as good as any phở I’ve eaten anywhere. And I’ve eaten phở in a lot of places CA, MN, WA and WI. The bowl size is typical to Oregon, nothing like CA super bowls but it’s flavorful. Phở is phở, if you expect anything more then you’re eating it wrong. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you from eating here.

Came here for my first phở experience. SO good. Five stars for quick and attentive service. Tea was delicious. Had crispy rolls to start, great filling, yummy sauce came with it. I had P9, chicken phở soup, since I was feeling a bit stuffy with the cold weather. Was filling but not heavy and hit the spot for being sick. Beautiful interior, and the whole facility was clean, and modern décor. Love love love. Will be back!!!

This place is alright. The food is good but nothing special. The prices were nice because of the grand opening discount, otherwise the prices are about average. The menu said salad rolls are $ 4 but they are $ 4.50. It’s not a big deal but they are still working on their menu/prices. The owner didn’t seem too happy when I called her out on it. They put quite a lot of meat in their phở. It was nice to eat on a warm day. Since there aren’t too many phở places near me I would probably come by again on a cold day for a bowl of phở.

Stopped here at random on a road trip and was really pleasantly surprised. The bun included lots of fresh herbs and the chicken curry was great with complex flavors and not overly sweet. I think it may have been house made curry paste, even. Didn’t try the phở so I can’t speak to that.

Ordered their special phở without tripe and tendon to-go. Problems: 1) they gave me RAW meat that dripping juices all over the veggies 2) they didn’t say sorry, no refund or anything 3) the broth is pretty much Top Ramen flavoring 4) brought back my new order and they didn’t give me the right thing. This place is a health hazard and horrible service

Ordered the phở Eden special which pretty much includes everything. However, it was delivered to me sans tendon. When I brought it up to the waitress, she asked me if I wanted tendon. Duh? Why would I order a dish with tendon if I didn’t want it. Strike 1. I ordered the medium bowl which sleepily have been more appropriately called«small». Strike 2. Broth was flavorful but lacked the fatty broth I usually like in my phở. It would be great for those who prefer a leaner broth. The meat for the most part was good, although the tai nam needed to be cooked much longer since it was still pretty chewy. Strike 3. I’d rather go to Tan Tan.

Glad to see a new restaurant in this location. The interior is bright, clean and comfortable. The food, delicious! It was not very busy, but the service was good and the kitchen was quick. We will definitely be back!

I was excited to find out that this location was reopening as a phở restaurant. It’s not Phở Hung, the interior has been redone, and it’s new owners. It’s a lot nicer inside now and a bit cleaner too. They no longer have all the chopsticks, spoons, and napkin dispensers at the tables.!I’ve been here twice now and got a couple of my regular dishes I used to get at phở hung just so I could compare. It’s not quite phở hung but it’s pretty close. They’re having a discount off your food for the first month they’re open so now is the time if you want to check it out for yourself. I’ve already been twice and I’ll be back again.

Nicely remodeled place, very fast service, spring tolls were decent and pretty good phở(lots of meat). I wasn’t impressed at all with the pad Thai though(super bland and no veggies). Otherwise it’s a nice place. Probably won’t come back, but if you’re in the mood for quick phở it’s a good place.

This location used to be called Phở Hung. Phở Eden is the third restaurant in this location since the mid 1990’s(the last Phở Hung was under a different ownership). Phở Eden opened in late September. For their grand opening, they are offering 20% off plus free coffee(powdered coffee). The menu is pretty basic and they have limited Thai menu. For all you Chinese people, the menu does not have Chinese characters to see what you are ordering. Décor — Phở Eden’s owners changed the décor from its predecessor. The carpet is gone replaced by polished concrete floor. New wall paper, tables, chairs and blinds. It’s much nicer than before, and you will notice that this place is smaller then before. The décor is much nicer then most Vietnamese Phở joints. I like it very much! Food — I went with the standard number 3. They offered three sizes; medium, large and special. I tried the special($.50 more) and it seems like it’s just more soup. So if you love soup, go for the special, otherwise stick with large. The beef noodle is decent but not as great as I was hoping. The soup had a lot of flavor and its from actual beef bone! The prices are reasonable, but your looking at about $ 1 more than average. They will ask you if you want your bean sprouts cooked or served raw. Service — Better than your typical Vietnamese Phở restaurants. They actually ask you if your enjoying your meal! Overall, my experience was good. It didn’t blow me away, it’s everything that I expected. In my opinion, it’s better than its predecessor and Phở Van, but the beef noodle comes up just a little short than the original Phở Hung on Powell. I will go back again and try the vermicelli dishes. I would encourage everyone to give this place a shot.

Nice reboot of the previous restaurant, under new management with a new slightly different menu. Really more of a Viet/Thai fusion restaurant now– they’ve still got Phở, but they’ve also got a nice selection of Thai food. Might be the 20% off for the grand opening, but it seems the prices in the menus were cheaper than before also.
