ANY PARENT CONCERNS about a Life Church/​Christian School PROPOSED 100′ VERIZON MONOPOLE CELL TOWER JUST 50′ FROM/​ABOVE ITS OWN STUDENT CLASSROOMS? Seems like daily exposure to RF and EMF emissions would suggest a healthier location MUCH FARTHER away from daily student learning and activity. Just wondering… I know I would not buy a home next to a cell tower (if i had a choice), so I am not sure why the school (which has a choice) is proposing children and students to spend full days under one. Just wondering…

This school excels in all areas! It has been such a blessing to me and my family. I have 3 kids enrolled at Life ranging from middle school to early elementary and our experience is better than we could have imagined.
The staff is top notch and highly qualified educators. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to help raise my children both intellectually and spiritually.
I cannot say enough about this amazing community! We are family and there is so much care and love for everyone.

Many reasons why we love Life Christian School. Starts with the inspiring and kind Principal, Mrs. Taylor, to Matt & Amber who facilitate the front desk office with such grace and a sense of humor. The teachers are kind and fabulous. We have had the pleasure of Ms. Paz and Mrs. Welch being our son’s teachers and both were tremendous. He came from another school and was behind and they poured into him and its amazing watching him blossom. We look forward to our daughter joining next year for Kinder and many years enjoying this community. Faith filled, safe, fun, and wonderful!!!

Life athletes have the worst sportsmanship in the league. I am shocked at the behavior each and every time we encounter them. There are some gifted athletes, and I think that their teams could show some real promise if it weren’t for the arrogance, name calling, foul language and other bad behaviors. It is unfortunate that they advertise as a Christian school, because that is not the behavior that is seen. Life athletes would do well to remember that they are a walking, talking advertisement for their faith and school.

This is a great value for a private school. We pay a bit over $ 5k a year which is really an incredible value for what you get.
Quality of education is far above what you will get in public school… our daughter tested at 3^rd grade reading level after her K5 year and outperformed every student in her summer reading program she took with public school kids who were 1 – 2 years ahead of her. When she plays with her public-​school friends she is ahead of them in virtually every developmental area.
The Christian experience is a bonus… neither myself nor my husband are church regulars and we could not really provide that. We chose this school due to proximity to our home and quality of education, though.

Over the past 4 years, we’ve had two kids attend Life. We’ve been very happy with the education that they have received there and so very thrilled at the care that the teachers put into their jobs. Small class sizes and a newer building make the environment ideal for learning.
If you are considering private Christian education, we’d highly recommend Life.
FYI: Our children have previously attended public elementary school, Tualatin Valley Academy and Heritage Christian School which is now closed.
