I’ve lived at the Hanover from the day they took over. I’ve seen how they’ve changed from Fair Oaks to what they are currently and I can’t say that I’m impressed. The maintenance staff is very polite and enjoyable to work with, but after that I’m not pleased. This place does NOT care about their current residents. I have windows that have MOLD growing inside the panes that the office has been dragging it’s feet on replacing. I’ve lived here for 9 months and the ENTIRETIME I’ve been asking about getting them replaced. They’ve taken pictures and whenever I ask about the windows I get told that they’ll be replaced soon, but don’t get an actual date. The neighbors are very loud. The landscaping is fine, but there is always trash laying around. You can hear everything that happens on 185th and TV Highway, including every single ambulance that passes. Since the Hanover has taken over they’ve increased rent by about $ 200 and no longer cover water. They’ve added a fresh coat of paint and have upgraded the appliances in some units, but whether you’re in an upgraded unit or not you will be charged the same amount. They do not take care of their current residents; if you lived here before the change expect your rent to go up and pay the same money as the renters in the upgraded units pay. The office is hard to get in touch with, as they aren’t open on Mondays or Sundays and most of the time when I go in there the manager isn’t around, she’s showing an apartment or at a meeting. The gym is only open when the office is open, and the hours aren’t easily accessible for anyone who has a full time job. I loved this complex when we moved in, but the longer we’re here the more I feel like they don’t care about the tenants, only the rent check.

Hanover just recently switched from Fair Oaks Village to Hanover when it changed management companies. Under Princeton Property Management it was a great apartment complex and everything was really fair and decently run. When Trinity came in and switched it to Hanover they jacked the prices up $ 150 a month and added in utilities to the bill on top of that. Not only that but almost everything they do they charge for it. We just moved out and our apartment was spotless because we are clean freaks and they charged us 180 dollars to clean an already clean apartment! They simply are trying to get money from any avenue they can and they will smile to your face while they take your wallet and empty it. I won’t be looking for an apartment from Trinity property consultants any time soon, no matter how nice the apartments are.
