General Tree Service

I wish I could give these guys six stars. After 3 recent wind storms we had to make the sad decision to take down a large problem tree in our yard. It was in a very tricky position, very close to our house and neighbors garage and surrounded by service wires. The crew that came were absolutely first rate, led very skillfully by Eric. They did an excellent job and were both friendly and efficient. The whole experience was good, from the competitive bid provided very promptly by Kevin to the very creative scheduling by Dave in the midst of the worst wind storm in 10 years. Thoroughly recommended.

We have just had two maples removed by General Tree and they did a fantastic job. Both trees were diseased and rotting and they felled them safely and quickly. Excellent cleanup and communications.
The crew was on the job as promised and cleaned up each day as if they’d never been there. All the crew were courteous and friendly to onlookers.
Have used them before and will use them again.

I love these guys, I called them about 5 years ago because my beautiful Arborvitae were sick and they came out and diagnosed the problem the very next day.
They spray my Arbs and a Mexican Orange three times a year and do a very good job. My plants/​bushes are growing and are extremely healthy. We planted them years ago to be a border between our neighbors back yard and ours so it is very important to me that they live, grow tall and save us from viewing the neighbors terrible landscaping.
The nice thing is when they swing by to spray they also inspect my roses and other shrubs/​plants along the way and let me know if they need any help, but they just tell me what the problem is and offer to fix it or tell me how to do it myself. No pressure!
I especially like the guy who took care of my babies this summer, super nice and knowledgeable.
