Extra Space Storage

Robyn and Jerry are super friendly and helpful. I was able to upgrade the size of my unit same day when my movers came and said they needed more space. It was a hot, sunny day and she gave my guys and me cold bottles of water, which I thought was above and beyond. Location is great, and I love that they live on site.

Worst business experience of my life. I felt ripped off this. The management is rude the place is dirty. I wouldn’t spend a dime doing business with these jokers again. I got out as soon as I could I suggest you do the same.

Very friendly staff. Sufficient storage options, and they have dollies that are for public use. The units themselves are decently lit, climate controlled, and well secured. I would highly suggest using this storage company as they seem more approachable and convenient than some of the bigger places.

I recently rented a storage unit at the Extra Space storage facility at Murray and Scholl’s Ferry Rd in Beaverton, OR. The space is clean, secure and the staff is friendly and welcoming (Jeri is terrific!). Great job, everyone!

Great service, very clean and secure. Robyn was very helpful and accommodating. The space we rented was completely cleaned out and I live the fact that they provide you with a cart. Renting space is not cheap, but it’s the same everywhere in Portland.

This business really put out the extra effort to help us in our storage needs. They are professional, helpful, and friendly. It is expensive but our stuff is getting excellent, secure storage as we transition. Thank you, Extra Space Storage.

We had a great experience checking into Extra Space Storage on SW Murray Blvd which is centrally located to many residential developments and apartment communities. The people were great and the facilities clean.

From my first inquiring phone call to a follow up call from Robyn Schultz, I was very impressed. I stopped by the facility later that day and was greeted by a very
cheerful and professional Robyn, we talked about my needs and then I was taken on a tour. Robyn found me a perfect space where I would not have too walk to far, as I just had a knee replacement. I rented the space on the spot as I felt comfortable with the Robyn and her husband Jerry as they live on site and take pride in their business.

Very friendly manager! Lives onsite and watches over facility carefully. I don’t think you could find a place with better management.

The couple on site were super friendly and helpful with the whole process. They may have been a bit more than their competitors (like public storage) but their customer service made every cent worth it. They’re right in my neighborhood, and should I ever have more storage needs I would definitely work with them again.

Awesome people! The owners are on site. They do as much as they can to accomodate you. I accidentally left a piece of furniture behind and they called me as they looked to see that I was the last to use the gate the night before. I came in once to get some items and noticed a slight smell of moth balls. (the owners cant control every little thing people bring in, nor are they able to tell who they belong to) The owner took my call very seriously and made sure to air the place out regularly. No more moth ball smell.
Awesome Facility: This place is clean, secure and nicely maintained. The only thing that kept them from a full 5 stars was the price. And the units are a little dark if you are not next to an over head light. Other than that, I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Staff is very courteous, knowledgable and extremely friendly! I’ve had a lot of experiences moving people and this is by far the cleanest storage facility that I have seen! The gentleman even took the time to replace a missing license plate screw for a friend while we were moving stuff into a smaller unit. Kuddos!!!

I had to move a three bedroom house into storage between the sale of one house and possession of the next a few weeks later. I wasn’t sure what size of unit I would need, and the staff here was very helpful. I was able to reserve two units, only needed one, and didn’t have to pay to reserve/​hold the second one. The units are clean, as is the property. I didn’t lock my door the right way when leaving one day and promptly got a call from the manager. They put their own lock on the door to secure it until I got there. Nothing had been altered, and it was clear that the managers were walking the property looking for any issues. The lock issue wasn’t easily visible, so they were doing a good check. I haven’t used storage in a couple decades so can’t compare to prices elsewhere, but found this very reasonable, especially with a web discount they gave me although I reserved in person.

The storage facility is a little more expensive than others but the staff here are the best in business. They always tend to their customer’s needs and they’re always smiling. Genuinely good people. The location is prime real estate and the security is top notch. I’d definitely rent from this location again and highly recommend this business.
