This place is a joke there is a ton of people in the lobby and one person helping! She even complained 8 people closing and the cashier by herself. Lobby was a mess the tables where filthy and garbage overflowing. Not to mention when we left two workers outside where passing a football around really?! Stop hiring so many young kids are there will never be a sense of order here.

We were craving corn dogs, and even though my cousin got one the other day and looked burnt, we went to the dq on Farmington. Our dogs were inedible. The dough was hard as a rock, the dog was dry and tough. I can’t believe you guys have the nerve to charge $ 2 a piece for them. I have gotten way better corn dogs for ¼ the price at am/pm, and they even have jalapeño/cheddar. I ordered cheese curds of of curiosity, which didn’t come with anything to dip them in… 3.50 and no sauce!!! So I had to pay 50 cents for marinara, and it was ICECOLD. I used to think your food was good. What happened to you guys? I will not be purchasing food at your establishments any longer. Bummer.

Went in for a chocolate ice cream dipped in chocolate. Went through the drive through and got a half melted blob dipped in chocolate. I was told that she was sorry because their chocolate is soft right now and she closed the window and walked away. Looking at my receipt I realized I paid $ 2.99 for this monstrosity. When I went back in, be caused I was blatantly ignored at the window, they said they would make another one and this is what they gave me. More crap. Stuck with what I got I have noticed that there is nothing wrong with the product just the servers. Poor Dairy Queen! You have lost all standards of quality for a fair price. Now you offer crap for more money! Boycott this place until they get better trained staff!

Look, not many people out there who don’t like DQ and blizzards. And now it’s summer so of course it’s going to be busy often. The drive-up does suck because there’s no room to escape one you pass the point of no return. And at times, two lines are merging into one(from the street and from in front of the store). But have you ever had bad ice-cream here? I thought not. Try to have a little patience and wait for the treat. I’ve never been inside so can’t comment on cleanliness or speed. Oh. and besides the«Useful, «Funny», and«Cool» options for review feedback, there should be an option for«Stupid».

Stopped in for a treat after car shopping. It was rather busy with kids and the tables were sticky but they were fast and the ice cream was everything I needed that day!

We come for the blizzards. And love them… but the staff is not friendly and call me crazy but I can’t stand when the girl making my food is chomping on gum behind the counter.

I came to this location hoping to try the salted caramel truffle Blizzard because it sounds amazing, but just before I walk in I realize that even though it’s a week into April, they still have March’s Blizzard of the Month. I turned right around and went way out of my way to the DQ in Cedar Mill, where they don’t make you ask for salt and condiments at the counter.

Holy super slow service! I think I waited in this drive-thru line for at least 15 minutes before I made it to the speaker to order, once there, I knew I was trapped in and there was no escape. I thought for minute that maybe I should have gone inside cause it would have just been quicker, but no. There were tons of people inside waiting for their food or maybe even ice cream. All I know, is I must have went to DQ when everyone and their mother went. The worst part of all this wasn’t even waiting in line. It was the fact that I received a SMALL chocolate soft serve cone and I ordered a Medium! LOL! I know its not a big deal and I think it was a sign that I didn’t need the bigger one, but damn, I waited so long and then my ice cream was devoured before I even got out of the parking lot. *Sad face*

I know a lot about his DQ location considering I worked there, we are slow because everything is always fresh! And making blizzards would be easy if it was 2 – 3 flavors, but we offer a bunch of flavors, therefore it can get confusing when adding the right toppings, and mistakes happen. But wether your unhappy in Drive-Thru or Dining, we will always try to fix any possible mistakes. Please be patient and kind. We never sit around and do nothing, it’s part of management policy to keep busy even when business is slow. Drive-time and Dining are BOTH important to us. It just depends upon what a customer wants. Corn Dogs and Onion Rings will always take about 5 minutes since we cook them per order, and that’s if kitchen isn’t busy. Yes, it does take a long time to get the order, but know we do everything we can to serve fast and friendly!

This place is a joke. I went through the drive thru for a moolatte. There were 2 cars in front of me and 2 behind me, so i couldn’t go anywhere. after a full FIFTEEN minutes of no car moving, i got out… went to the window of the drive through and knocked. Some kid simply said. «we have a hold up in the kitchen.» I asked why they don’t have that person pull forward and ring up the other people who were just waiting for drinks/blizzards. I was ignored. A few minutes later i knocked again. A different kid came to the window. I asked to speak to the manager. Apparently the first KID i spoke to WAS the manager(on duty). I tried to call the location multiple times over the next few hours. After a minute of ringing, it went to an answering machine. 20+ Minutes stuck in the drive thru No one answering phones over a few hours time. No retun call from the manager. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen. Ice cream is good and Blizzards are fantastic. However, the big thing for me is that the service here is SOSLOW. Mostly the drive-thru, but in the store as well. I am not sure what takes so long, but I find myself waiting for a very long time to get food here and on more than one occasion they have messed up my order.

It’s another one of those beautiful spring days, going to be in high eighties, so after running a bunch of errands, there was nothing else to do but stop here and get a chocolate soft-serv cone. The lady who served me at the drive-through window was so nice. This little side trip hit the old ice cream spot dead center and reminded me of having a day off from school. Hope you get some time to stop and savor some ice cream in the middle of your day — nothing else like it.

I have been going to this DQ for about 16 years. We always went on Fridays after school and during the car shows in the summer. Blizzards. If you have never had a Blizzard, then you might be a terrorist. Food is great, price is fine. I never understood the people that gave the DQ food a bad rep. I think its fine compared to other fast food. The worst part about DQ is that its only open until like 10pm. Lame. I want a Blizzard at 2am.

The food is about the only thing good here. The staff are rude & lazy. Every time i go here walking in my shoes get stuck to the floor from the film of whatever is there. When you order you have to wait about 10 minutes for your food and they are honestly more worried about their drive time. And if you go through drive thru you’ll sit there forever. Honestly what is so hard to make a burger and blizzard?! And sometimes their credit card machine doesn’t work so you have to have cash. Who really carries cash now a days!

GROSS! This DQ has always been a mess. The food and service are OK. The seating area is just dirty. My last trip here and I have been a regular since the 80’s. I’m now going to the Garden Home DQ. The manager/owner of Beaverton DQ should take a trip out there to see what a DQ should look and BE like. The floor has always been sticky but this week it was the worst. And not in just in front of the pop dispenser. Everywhere. Many tables were not wiped down and used napkins and straws on the window sill and floor. I didn’t want to even look at the restroom. No more!

I had something of a long day today with my dad at Immediate Care and the ER. He’s kind of a pain in my behind, and I lost my last day of my precious three day weekend to him. These are the crosses I bear for being a somewhat nice daughter. He didn’t even say thank you. He was actually kind of rude. Shocker. He started feeling better towards the end of the time together and started being even more cantankerous and difficult to get along with. Fortuitously, he lives somewhat close to this Dairy Queen. I called my family after dropping him the heck off, Want Blizzards? I asked, as the dust settled behind him. YES! screamed Princess in the background. The most CHOCOLATEY one they got, please mom. Ok. I got her«chocolate extreme», her dad«cherry royale»(not on the menu, I had to ask and they were nice about this), and I got myself a «candy store» blizzard,(Blizzard of the Month) which is also chocolate with little truffle things in it. Some of them are hazlenut flavored. Nice. The service was friendly at the drive thru. The kitchen looked pretty clean. I was satisfied. I came home and put a shot of vodka in mine, then crawled onto the couch to decompress. Yes, yes, Kale and brown rice and salmon, I know I know… yes, yes, weight watchers, blah blah. Sometimes a girl needs a Blizzard. And not the snowstorm kind, I’m just sayin’.

You know, I’ve been coming to this DQ since I was little. It’s always been the one by my house/school and it’s always the one I compare other DQs to because it is consistent! Despite the overwhelming amount of high-schoolers working there and sometimes making your ice cream cone a bit wonky, I’ve never had any real disappointments. As far as Dairy Queens go, this one is a good one. I know what you’re thinking, why are you giving this place 4 stars? For what it is, it does a great job. Go here expecting high schoolers to take your order/make your food 90% of the time! Other Dairy Queens disappoint while this one continues to outshine!
