I can’t even believe that im about to give a negative review to Burgerville! I am a true fan of the burgers. I cant say I’ve had one bad experience… until this morning! I learned from a lady at the dollertree that they serve breakfast so of course, i must try. This morning my husband and i decide between here or taco bell and of course i choose BV and man oh man am i bummed. Not by the food but the service. I ordered at 9:12 am and was given my food at 9:25. I ordered only 1 soda in the order(of 2 breakfast sandwhiches and an oatmeal). I say outloud«you would think they would at least get the soda», and the girl who took my money at the previous window pops out and goes to the soda machine. They guy gives me my bag and says«have a nice day» i said«i need my 1 soda» …he goes over to the machine where the girl was and she turns around and has a straw in and is just drinking her own drink. I sat there for 13 minutes waiting and im totally annoyed. Never ever will we be back for breakfast and most likely will take our cravings to a different location.

The first issue is that it took over 30 minutes to order and get our food in the drive thru line. There were maybe 4 cars in line, total. Our order was repeated back to us, correctly. When we got to the window to get our food, the kid was not friendly, he had a drive thru headset on one ear and music headphones in the other ear so he couldn’t hear what I was saying to him. He handed us our food and said goodbye, I tried to stop him letting him know I needed my milkshake, he obviously didn’t hear me because of his headphones, turned his back and walked away. 5 minutes later he returned to the window, I said I still needed my shake, he looked at me and said«You weren’t charged for a shake…» I told him it was repeated back to me in the order. Reluctantly he made it, I thanked him and he ignored me again. a few minutes later we were on our way. Before we even left the parking lot we checked our food, the asparagus we ordered was completely soggy and cold. Our burgers looked like they had been sitting out for an hour, they were also cold, dry, gross. The chocolate shake i ordered was vanilla… and our fries were soggy. We didn’t bother to go back in and get it fixed because that would’ve taken another 30 minutes we didn’t have. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service, awful food. It was a huge disappointment. Especially to a local who supported Burgerville. They need to get it together over there.

Ordered 3 burgers, fish and chips, 3 milkshakes and 3 fries. Total came to $ 53.62. When I get the order it was wrong. The burgers weren’t very good, the fries were horable and if I would have gone to burger king I could have gotten a better shake. I will not be going back to a fast food joint that charges sit down restaurant prices for subpar food.

Just had my boyfriend pick us up some food. The only thing right about the order was our sodas. I will never eat here again. He spend 20 $ on this crap. Plus the burger patties are paper thin. I dont understand the over priced appeal of Burgerville.

Their service sucks ass. Literally slowest staff I have ever seen work, the drive thru line was absolutely ridiculous and no line inside. And they were out of everything I wanted. This location needs some serious help.

Grew up having Burgerville. Not a huge fan of fast food hamburgers but every once in awhile I get a craving for Burgerville sauce! The good things about this fast food place is cooked to order burgers, local ingredients and love their seasonal specials! You can buy a jar of Burgerville spread but doesn’t quite taste the same at home. They also have an Anasazi Bean Burger that is super yummy if you don’t eat meat. Not the cheapest but worth the little extra cost for a little better quality in my opinion.

Gross!!! People in Oregon compare this place to In-N-Out. It’s not even close! The drive thru took forever and our burgers were cold when we got them. The fries were soggy and gross. The only tasty thing was the milkshake. Sorry Burgerville but I’d rather drive 4 hours to the new In-N-Out than ever eat at one of your«restaurants» again! What a waste of $ 20!

Shoutout to Melissa, the very friendly employee working the drive through last night! No complaints about this location. My order is always correct and the food tastes great!

Recently the manager, Carlo called to help resolve my complaint. Wish he had been there on the day I had such a bad experience. He went above and beyond making up and explaining what most likely went wrong the day I was there. A privilege to meet such an inspiring and caring manager of this establishment. He personally called me and had me come in when he was there and went beyond what I expected to make my next visit enjoyable. I also must say the triple berry shakes are to die for. Delicious. Thank you Carlo.

SENSORY: The sound, smell and lighting are all great, but the temperature was a tad cold. PARKING: Private lot, accessible parking and bike friendly. PUBLICTRANSPORTATION: Near the bus line and main road. ACCESSIBILITY: There are accessible ramps. Hallways are not wide. DIETARYOPTIONS: Gluten free and dairy free options are available here. VISUALSUPORT: There is no picture menu. FEES: $-$$. Accepts credit cards. No reduced or free rates for staff accompanying someone with a disability. OTHER: Felt a little rushed, didn’t have enough time to ask as many questions.

Definitely my fave drive-thru burger place. I like that the ingredients are locally sourced, and that they make an effort to do seasonal items when things like strawberries, blackberries, pumpkins, etc are fresh. Pepper-Bacon Cheeseburger for the win! One sad comment though: you shouldn’t have discontinued the loyalty program. It was a nice touch with great bonuses for those of us who paid attention. It also made me choose to drive further to frequent your restaurant instead of somewhere closer, when I knew there was a promotion going on.

Twice in a row our drive through order has been incorrect. Correct read back verbally by the polite friendly kid, correct on the ticket, wrong in the bag when we arrived home 15 min later. That stinks. Princess likes her turkey burger without mayo add Tillamook cheddar. It’s not that hard. They’ve been doing it right for years. There are really not many other places near us to get the much prized by her highness turkey burger so quickly. Yes I should make them for her. I do sometimes. She likes Burgerville’s better. I think its because I always give her a whole wheat bun and do annoying things like put baby spinach or kale on it. I’m like that at home. What? I’m a mom. Sssh. Two weeks ago it was completely dry and barren. No Mayo. But no ketchup or pickles either. She likes that part. At least we could go home and doctor it. This time I was sick. I had 102 fever and dragged myself through the drive through so my kid could eat. I got myself orange juice. BTW Burgerville has really good orange juice. This time her turkey burger was SLATHERED in mayo. Sigh. She emoted. Then she recovered and threw away that bun(fortunately the lettuce protected the turkey patty from the evil white primordial ooze) and got a piece of potato bread to close up the top. Ugh. I’m getting a little tired of the doctoring that happens at home. Im going to eye the frozen turkeyburgers at the store next time but I wish BV would get their act together.

I personally LOVE burgerville with a passion. This location disappoints me every time though. I just moved to the neighborhood and it’s the closest one, however I’m gonna have to give up burgerville for awhile.(Sad) every burger I have gotten from this location has been COLD, I’m talking cheese isn’t even melted cold. And the fries taste bad too. Wish they would do something about this.

I usually eat inside here, and it’s basically Burgerville. Clean [enough], service is good [enough] and of course there’s the quality Burgerville product [albeit slightly overpriced, but we do like the«localness» of it.

I’ve tried this one numerous times thinking it’s just my luck, and it still very well may be. These kids are always forgetting things with really simple orders and I only get a certain amount of time for breaks. I can’t go back most of the time to fix the order. I literally ordered two things. They forgot one thing entirely and didn’t give me the condiments I asked for. Just confusing, I’ve worked in fast food it’s not that difficult. Especially if your restaurant is empty.

Was looking forward to eating here, and even though fully staffed and dining room had four tables being used, they forgot milkshakes and took extremely long to get food to table. When we were leaving, the drink machine was empty and never got a refill cause manager never fixed it before we all had to leave. I felt bad for drive thru customers.

Not a bad quick stop for a meal. Since they are so popular, I expected a bit more. The berry shake was awesome but the burger was just average. Fries were average as well. I would go back if it were convenient but I wouldn’t make a special trip for anything.

I came here hoping to find another place with quality of meat and fries of In n Out. I am sorry to say that while it was very good it did not measure up to In n Out. I did like all the dishes and really liked those fancy Coke product soda fountains. I have the yukon gold waffle fries with the traditional tillamook cheese burger. Good but did not transcend to great.

I don’t consider myself a burger connoisseur by any means but this is a below average burger. Someone recommended I get the Tillamook cheddar burger and it just isn’t worth the rave reviews that made me want to try this place. I’d eat here again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

I quit eating fast food and bought a gym membership 10 years ago(August 2004). But when I was up in Beaverton visiting my godparents, they told me about this place. I was immediately sold on the blackberry shakes. For those who whine about BV being more expensive than McD’s, BK, or Wendy’s, well, what do you expect from a place that is committed to using higher quality ingredients? In what world does that happen? Don’t tell me that you also expect organic produce to be cheaper than non-organic. Service was competent(a rarity at fast food places), friendly, and super fast. Our food came out while we were still filling our cups at the soda fountain after placing our order! They don’t use heat lamps, so I’m pretty sure that they started making it while we were placing our long order, modifying it, and squabbling over who would pay. Also a more diverse menu than a typical fast food restaurant: not only are there different types of hamburgers(single, double, cheeseburger, Tillamook cheeseburger), there are a variety of other sandwiches as well. Veggie burgers, chicken breast sandwiches, etc. Great selection. I normally don’t like onion rings, but these sweet Walla Walla onion rings were the right ratio of batter to onion, so I didn’t get lost in a sea of batter with an onion the width of a hair. Burgers are on the thin side because it’s only ¼ lb pre-cooked. Fries are pretty standard as well. But at least you can feel good about them being locally sourced, fresh ingredients. The milkshakes were a sweet, creamy treat bursting with blackberry goodness. I kept telling my bf that if he didn’t hurry up and drink his milkshake that I would. Although this place advertises itself as a burger place, it’s really the onion rings and shakes that are the stars of the show.
