Bed started out great… but now the bed has body imprints where you sleep. Called about warranty and was told that body imprints are normal, try sleeping in the middle of the bed, and that your supposed to be able to feel the springs in the bed. I would stay as far away from bed mart as possible.

We walked into Bed Mart just to do research. The salesman, Dallas, was easy to talk to and was not pushy at all. We felt he was honest with his answers and opinions. One hour later we walked out with a bed purchase. We are very happy, did not feel pressured, and would recommend this place (especially Dallas) to anyone.

My husband and I purchased a bed from Dallas about 6 months ago. I had not been looking forward to the high pressure sales and sleezy salespeople who often go hand and hand with mattress shopping but none of that was found here.
Dallas gave us plenty of space and didn’t pressure us at all. He encouraged us to lay on the beds as long as we wanted, answered our questions and even worked out a deal for us when we were about to settle for a mattress we could afford, not the one we really wanted.
It’s been 6 months of restful nights thanks to Bedmart.

I should have written this earlier, but I am getting to it now. The salesman at the store is great, super friendly and helpful. You get a little extra here, the selection was good and we have a super comfortable bed, but it was the people. If the same guy is there you have to ask him about his cat.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Bedmart on Cornell. We were greeted warmly and shown our options, without getting pushed into something we didn’t want to buy. We were given a great deal and what we needed. We will be back if we need anything further!

I’m so excited for my new bed! Bill helped me out when I went in, emphasis on the help. He first off asked my price range so that he wouldn’t waste my time on anything that I couldn’t afford. He was patient and gave me plenty of time and space to try out several mattresses. I went back and forth between a couple and he didn’t seem to mind at all. He gave me lots of options and helped me make a decision since I’m so indecisive. I actually wasn’t planning on buying a bed the same day; I just wanted to price things out. But he was so helpful and made it so easy, I just went with it. He gave me a good deal and I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me out. He also has pictures of his awesome cat! A good store to go to with friendly, unpushy employees.

First of all… Where NOT to go. We originally bought a mattress from Sears on Black Friday. It had significant ruts and a ridge down the middle when it arrived. Decided to return that… and still got hit with a restock fee even though they had told me we wouldn’t because it was obviously defective. Sigh…
So we went to a regular bed store instead. Went to Sleep Country in downtown Beaverton and was given a load of bull from a sleazy salesman.
Went to Bedmart and am happy we did. Worked with Bill and made him earn his money. :-) We took a lot of his time and changed our mind a few times, but he was very patient and helpful. They had to order our bed and told us it would take a couple of weeks but we received a surprise call one week later saying that our bed was in.
Over all really good experience and would definitely shop there again!

Was in market for a tempurpedic mattress. Shopped around all the stores in town (SleepCountry, MattressDiscounters, Mor). Got the most discount on accessories at BedMart. Worked with Jim Capps in the store and he was the one who gave the deal.
Definitely recommended.
