So I made an appointment on Saturday and they had an opening for Monday but later in the day, which for new patients that is impressive! I chose to have the appointment for Wednesday, and they called me Monday to see if I wanted to go in earlier but it wasn’t at the right time for me.
As I walked in, the aesthetic of the interior felt soo homey with a little fire place in the area and comfy sofa. There was fresh coffee and tea from Stash out. The staff was friendly of the bat!
My doctor was Mr. Pham. He was really nice, talked me through every process of what he was doing, they were thoughful of every move (ex: would you like to keep your glasses or would you like sunglasses) and they even worked around my medusa piercing! He surprised me when he let me know first he was checking for oral cancer and felt around my neck because NO DENTIST has done that for me.
Dr. Pham established a follow up plan an adressed every concern I had. I had a lot of them. Especially because my last dentist failed to do my fillings correctly. Twice.
The check out process was quick. I got a little sticker to put in my calendar
While waiting for my brother’s xrays. I heard the receptionist calling patients to get them in earlier. That is what I call efficiency and good care.
I have a follow up in 6 months, so we will see if they are 5 star worthy!

I absolutely adore my dentist. I have referred about ten of my friends to her. Very professional staff. They always make my son and I feel very comfortable. He actually looks forward to coming here… it’s like seeing old family friends. You can watch tv or listen to your iPod (or one of theirs if you don’t have one)
I have seen the before and after on a few of my friends who have not been to a dentist in years… They all comment how kind and warm the staff are to them.
