The food is always fresh and looks nice (ie not smashed and thrown together) and the costumer service/​counter order taker is always on point!

They didn’t put the Lid on my cup all the way and there’s a bump at the end of the drive threw. My drink spilled all over my car. Usually I wouldn’t care but when I went back (cause it was the wrong drink) they didn’t give a crap!!!
And I was on my lunch, no time to clean it up. My carpet is stained now!

This Arby’s has delivered the staple Arby’s sandwiches solid each time I have gone. Who doesn’t love an occasional roast beef sandwich and curly fries :).
