Not sure how the reviews are do good. Stayed for two nights for work and will not be returning if I can help it. I will say that the staff was friendly and kind. However, the hallways reek of smoke despite the no smoking signs everywhere. My non smoking room smells faintly of smoke. I did not need the kitchenette, but mine did it’s a good thing since mine didn’t have its own sink. Television died the first night. I had to ask for a hair dryer from the front desk since the wall plate in the bathroom which I assume used to house a hairdryer was barren. They advertise breakfast but do not offer one.

Met all the checkboxes for price, convenience, proximity to our interests (Air Force Marathon), cleanliness, and customer service. No breakfast or swimming pool, but that wasn’t a priority for this trip.

The Suburban Extended Stay’s staff was professional, considerate, and extremely helpful. I arrived very late at night and they set me up with a room that was perfect for my needs — it had two beds for me and my friend and the kitchenette was necessary. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast in the morning was great. I give it my highest recommendation and will stay there again when I’m in town.

The hotel was a good option for us. It is close to a major mall and other attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easily accessible to a major highway. Plenty of food options in the area as well. Great stay!

There was a slight smokey smell in the lobby, however the rooms were clean and smoke free. We took up 3 rooms, and all were clean, the kitchens were well stocked, and the hot water came fast. The gals at the front desk were also very friendly. While I was waiting in the lobby for the rest in my party, a number of folks came down to check out. This seems to be a regular stop for quite a few travelers. Makes sense with the inexpensive cost. I would stay here again.

Horrible place to stay. It smells like an ashtray even in the non-​smoking rooms. Walls are paper thin and I heard people arguing all night. The neighbor was snoring all night and kept me awake. The linen is not clean. Nasty place to stay!
