Came here for the first time today, and was served by Rob. The food was fantastic, and service was immaculate! Rob checked on us multiple times and even cleaned our table for us. I almost forgot I was eating fast food!

I filled out a very positive comment card the last I was here and figured a Unilocal review might help others on here. Two times in a row the service was great. People that have personalities and welcome you and at least act like they care about your experience. The food quality at worst in both experiences has been an A– to B+. I don’t see how McDonald’s or Burger King stack up when realizing Hardee’s has a quarter pound combo for 5.99. I believe Hardee’s knows how big this location could be and they are focusing on stealing some biz. I still like five guys or smash burger over Hardee’s but so far this location has shined 2⁄2.

Not really a fan of Hardees but the service is just amazing here. Everyone is super nice and polite. They bring u your. food and come and check up on u to make sure everything turned out right. Other restaurants should take notes.

Typical fast food menu. Staff was quick and friendly. Ice tea was warm, but a little ice fixed that.

The first reviewer’s rant popped up and reminded me of my experience at this same place. I came at an off hour after the lunch rush.(This was before I was vegan.) They took a little longer than normal, but it wasn’t painful. Also, the employees were very polite. They were pretty sincere when they thanked me for coming to Hardees. I didn’t have a problem with them at all. I think that sort of politeness should be rewarded with business(but try to get them to carry vegan burgers, please).

Ok so how do I Start with this one. First off I saw the commercials for this steak house burger with blue cheese and onion rings and the whole nine yards so naturally I want to go. So I did, and boy am I sorry I did. We go through the drive thru that takes like 10 minutes even though theirs like 3 cars in it. Ok what ever fine. We ordered the six dollar steakhouse burgers with large everything cuz we are gonna do this thing right. Our bill is like 20 buck almost. We get our food and its missing a fry. I go in get the fry no big deal. We head home with our burgers and fries and drinks. Once im home I start to look at our sandwiches. First off they look like dog turds. Second they are not even close to what we ordered. We ordered the biggest sandwiches this pace has and got a burger no bigger than a 1\3 pound and theres ketchup mayo picks and wilted lettuce and a tomato that looks like someone had chewed on it. Remember we ordered steak house burgers with blue cheese onion rings and such. Well at this point im pissed cuz i already had to go in the place once and was not gonna drive back 20 minutes there and 20 back. So i call the place and say hey we got 2 little cheese burgers that were not the style we ordered. Im feeling pretty gypped cuz i spent 20 bucks and only got 5 dollars worth of burgers between the two. The manager gets on the phone and asks what the problem. Not how can we help you or anything professional like. So i proceed to tell her the entire story as stated above and her reply is. «well when you came in to get your fries you should have told us your burger was wrong and proceeds to tell me that unless i return my burgers immediately i will get what was served to me. I tell her that i haven’t got and extra 40 minutes to spare to go get my food and she says well then there is nothing she can do for me because i did not catch the problem while i was there. Mind you this was all in a condescending tone and I was actually annoying her for having called. My rant is this. First off do your flipping job the first damn time and i will wouldn’t have the problem to begin with. Second when i call with a problem do not act like it is my fault for not having checked every little detail while in the drive thru line for your mistakes. You madame are the last line of defense for accuracy before i receive my food. Thirdly do not act like my calling you is a big displeasure to you because guess what? It is your F’in job to listen to my complaint. Obviously you are not managing the store within before i get the food so the least you can do is apologize for your mistake and say, «hey our bad let me send you a coupon for the meal you actually ordered and the piece of shit you actually did receive is on us. All that would be too hard because the truth is that you are a moron and do not realize that there are, oh idk 1 million other places i could take my business. What ever happened to customer service and satisfying your guests. Am i guest or just another head to count. Get over yourself and take accountability lady. Don’t worry i will be writing corporate and sending them this same text so they will know the truth as well and guess what i hope you get fired. Guess what you’ll need to be accountable to them if not me. For the record this business was not even listed on Unilocal and I created this business just so i could get on here and tell everyone how horrible your customer service and food actually is. I am not even that hard on my reviews sometimes but this story had to be told. I hope that you business dies out like the rest of the Hardee’s that apparently take the same line with the whole«You get to eat what we give you and you’ll like it!» slogan. I will never ever go back to this location and truth fully you are going be getting a bad wrap on any outlet I can get my hands on. Congratulations you made my never eat here again list. If I could you would get negative stars. If you do go there see if you can get my money back cuz i was Robbed!
