Beavercreek Lock & Key

We had a terrible experience with this company. We lost our rental car keys and when we called, they responded immediately and said they would dispatch a technician. We were relieved! We waited 30 minutes and called for an update on the estimated time of arrival for the technician. The person we spoke called the technician and then replied that he would be 15 more minutes. When the technician still hadn’t arrived in thirty minutes, we called them again. This time the dispatcher called the technician again and then finally told us that they would be unable to help us as the make and model was too new (2015). So we waited for more than hour for us to find out that they were unable to help us! And really we only found out because we called them and asked for an update on the eta of the technician. That’s horrible service! I called some more locksmiths and they were able to immediately tell us if they could or could not help us. Beavercreek lock and key just wasted our time!
