I sometimes call in my order if on my way into town and it’s always ready by the time I get there!

Nothing to complain about here! Good subs that are made freaky fast!
They just remodled the interior of this location and it looks great! Usually I don’t have time to eat in, so I grab my stuff to go. The staff at this location is always helpful and rarely do I have issues with my order.
Usually I order the «David Hasselhoff» which is the Beach Club with bacon added. I usually go no tomatoes because I can’t stand them. Helpful tip: ask for subs cut in ½ because the fillings have a tendancy to slide out while you are eating it.
Also, DON’t FORGET TO GET A PICKLE!

I normally love Jimmy John’s subs, and have ordered delivery enough to be more than satisfied with delivery times, but they get very poor marks on professionalism during their move.
We just wanted to order some good wholesome subs for dinner, but instead of a very easily set up answering machine to tell customers they are closed while moving location, the phone just rang and rang until it went dead. It’s 2015, it should not be hard to set up an automated message! With no reason why the folks we assumed were working wouldn’t answer the phone, we tried on line, and had to get part way through the on line order process before the website finally gave us a pop up explaining after all our trouble, we wouldn’t be getting Jimmy John’s tonight. Again, it can’t be that hard to put a notice on a webpage saying «closed during relocation».
We’ll still likely go back when they reopen, but this was a big disappointment, and we expected better.
