Starbucks

Needed a Starbucks fix on the way to Palm Springs. Siri led me here.
This is a really nice, clean Starbucks with plenty of parking located in a small shopping center.
It’s not too crowded and the staff is really friendly.
It’s a little over a mile off the 10, but it’s worth the extra five minutes it takes to get there.

Customer service was bad! The young man working the register had no personality! Didn’t get greeted so I decided to greet him. Maybe he was having a bad day.

Let me start by saying I am a huge Starbucks fanatic, i live in Los Angeles and have 1 i frequent 3 – 4 times a day, yes im. addicted i admit it. With that said I have to admit, walking into this location i felt right at home. The vibe was friendly and welcoming. I was visiting a girlfriend who lives in Beaumont and she Knew i was a Starbucks fan so she pointed me towards this one. We were greeted by Cheri when we entered, if I didn’t know better I’d swear she knew us the way she greeted us, hats how personable she was, we felt like we walked intoa.room.full.of old friends. I proceeded to ordered my drink, iced coffee, 5 pumps caramel, extra cream and shaken. She took my order and struck. up conversation as well. She quickly got our orders as she continued to make small.talk. some people have issues with shaking my coffee with the cream but she didn’t bat an eye. Since my first visit I’ve returned to this Starbucks about 8 times, it’s the only one I will go to when I visit. I was highly impressed that Cheri remembered my and my friends order after only 1 visit and continues to treat us like old friends when we walk in, even remembers our names AND our drinks, I’m impressed, you’ve got a good employee there. There’s only been one visit in which she didn’t help us and im. happy to say the girls working on my last visit were just as friendly. I’m not sure of the woman’s name but the last visit was right when school. had let out, there was a table near the front door where alot of kids were gate red and blocking customers and making it hard for people to get around, one of the workers professionally and politely had them relocate outside, they were just loitering and taking up space and tripping people up because they were moving for anyone. Nice to know you have workers that take their jobs seriously and take care of business when need be. Tell cherie, Brenda and cher said hi and we will see her end of Dec. I will be here for a week. Keep up the great service, yall are awesome!!!

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! Twice in the last two weeks my mocha has tasted rotten. The cold brew is extra bitter. They are slower than slow. Always mess up the orders and are just generally the worst. I drive across town to the drive thru one on 2^nd street. It’s a lot more consistent. However this particular one here is consistent CONSISTENTLY BAD!

Always fast, polite, tasty, & sometimes free if your patient. I’ve been to other Starbucks around the area that mess my order up every time I go. This one seems to be the most consistent. For me at least. :)

The service is is pretty rough every single time I go… they chat too much with their friends, leaving a line of people waiting far too long… another thing kids… when i’m in Starbucks working on graduate papers and research, the last thing I want to hear underage employees doing is talking with one another LOUDLY about how excited they are to «get f*cked up tomorrow night on fireball»…it’s terribly unprofessional and does not make me want to keep coming

Been to this store many times as it is on my way to work and I don’t have another option. Today I decided to use the mobile ap to order ahead because otherwise it takes 10 – 15 minutes and the baristas aren’t the most pleasant. The ap says my order will be ready in 4 – 6 minutes. I wait 5 when i get there to get my drink then I have to ask for my pastry over by the pastry display. The barista looks down, picks it up and says «you mean the mobile order» and hands it to me. Wow! Didn’t need the attitude and why was it sitting there and not where it was suppose to be?

Above average in service and quality. Love their shaken green ice teas!

Service here is absolutely terrible. Bree was our barista and she messed up our order but she was nicer than the old Middle Eastern woman on the register. I didn’t get her name but it did start with a K. She was an absolute bitch. They messed up our order, like I said, so we told her and she had a total attitude with us. She remade my girlfriends drink but forgot her sweetener and at that point we were so frustrated with her attitude that my girlfriend walked out. Then she remade my drink and was a bitchy when giving it to me. Then, my friend went in wanting a water and she said «Oh what, is something wrong with your order too?» I’ve never been to a Starbucks with such bad service.

Only been living out here for a few months & I jus love this location. Every one is friendly & always greets you with a smile. Love this starbucks

I ordered my coffee on the app today before leaving home thinking it would be ready in the specified time. When I walked in the girl was stocking shelves. I told her I ordered on the app — she went and checked for the order and then made my coffee. Not very friendly — I felt like an inconvenience to her. I thought this would be a time saver but I guess not at this Starbucks.

They are very friendly here! I am not from this area and stopped by here for a cold beverage and they provided good service. They gave me a refill when they didn’t have to, which I appreciate.

There are two Starbucks located in Beaumont. This one I go to like every week. Great customer service and honestly the best. I love this place.

The staff is super friendly and the place is pretty well maintained. However, my drink order was messed up — twice.
I ordered a grande java chip frap, but I received a tall double chocolately chip; followed by a grande caramel frap. :/

Unfortunately, I rarely go here anymore. Out of the three Starbucks I regularly go too, this one is the worst. I don’t like bashing any companies or establishments but I’m disappointed with the service here. When they got things right, it was great. Yet, when they got things wrong, it seemed like it got worse. One time, I had to send back my breakfast sandwich three times because they burnt it twice and then gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich the third time. It wasn’t even that busy! For the employees, they are okay but the manger here seems rude and always looks unhappy. It just really brings down the good vibes in here and saddens me to have bad experiences with a great company.

Thank you! Excellent service and my frapps came out great! ! Happy hour! We ordered a green tea frapp with soy and a mocha cookie crumble. On a hot day this sure kept me cool. Yums!

Seems to be popular with local area teens! This place is always full, but the line moves quick and the baristas are attentive. I can’t rate it any higher only because my experience there was so brief.

Great Starbucks where the locals go. Its not off the freeway, about a mile inland. Plenty of parking, and its a good size store. Friendly staff, although I must have confused them by ordering a grande size drink, but handed them a venti size cup. Yes, top it off with extra ice, please.

This place is your normal Starbucks. Not great, not bad. The barista made our coffees as directed. We ordered the new cake pops. Yum! Pretty good food as well as coffee.
