Imaging is a nightmare! The process of waiting to check in, checking in, then waiting to get an X-​ray or other image done, then doing the image is easily 2hrs.

Agree with another reviewer with regards to nurses/​RT/​clinical staff. Other than that it’s the most unprofessional, poorly-​run, «medical» facility in the area. Can’t say enough bad things about it.

Last friday was the worst experience I have ever had at a hospital. The only reason they are not getting 1 star is because all of the nurses I saw seemed very caring and competent. The receptionist and intake people should get another job. They were not only incompetent but made it known that they didn’t care one bit about me. They were busy but that was no reason for me to have to wait 7 hours to see someone. I arrived early in the afternoon and by the time I was finally seen most of the people that came in hours after me had been seen. Many of these people clearly did not have an emergency. My face was swollen and distorted, pain level at a 9, and my primary care physician told me to go there. The Dr who finally saw me wouldnt take the time to listen to me or examine me fully. Well thanks to that wonderful hospital and Dr I now have a major infection that has done a lot of damage. No thanks to them, it at least didn’t make it to my brain. The new dr I got on Monday even said I should have been admitted on friday.

This is the WORST hospital you could possibly pick! I’m 8 weeks pregnant and I came in for back pains and they do a urine sample telling me I do not have a urinary infection that I’m fine to go home! EXCUSE me I came in to make sure my baby is okay I know my urine of fine! And all the staff has been sitting on their phones while eating while I sit here starring at them in pain!

Nice and new, some staff are not so friendly, our doctors are rude and not helpful! They released my grandpa with the ivy needle still stuck on his hand, he was still SICK! They gave my aunt and uncle little information. They need to be more understanding towards people who doesn’t speak English fluently!!!

The newest, nicest hospital in town. The staff is kind and caring and their services are endless. Check out the Dauphin Cancer Screening and Prevention Center. It’s state of the art. Simply beautiful.
