If you’re in Bear Valley and you want Pizza, this is it. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and be patient since the service times are just like Bear Valley, laid back and nobody is in a hurry! That’s not a bad thing, if’s the way of BV(remember, this is NOT Tahoe!).

Had dinner here the night before we left. They have multiple tvs and the service is nice! I ordered the large Lasagna and my hunny ordered the pepperoni pizza. The Lasagna portion was huge and tasty, but the pizza stole the show, uy was hot and crispy. I had to stop myself from demolishing his pizza.

The waiters are very cute and charming. However, they don’t seem to understand the principle of fermentation, so when the ketchup bottle exploded on us, they just shrugged… The pizza took forever and was a pitiful sight. Oh well, considering they are pretty much the only game in town…

Costco pizza is better. Service is piss poor. We had to get our own silverware. This isn’t a problem if we were in a cafeteria, but there was a WAITTOBESEATED sign. Fancy restaurants and Red Lobster have those signs and they bring you silverware! The server offered to refill our soda from the«self serve» soda machine. Server seemed rushed even though they weren’t busy. Overall was not a good dining experience. We will not return.

The staff here is incredibly nice and their drinks are really great for the standard options, but I wish I could say the same for their pizza. To start off, their location is pretty clean and has an average pizza place wooden décor. Payment for food and drinks is also nice and easy. As for the food in this location, however, I would rather eat elsewhere. There is just something SOOFF about the flavor of their pizzas that no one in my party could bear to ingest the food they ordered. The pesto sauce that they put on some of the pies tastes awful and the cheese is really off as well. Moreover, I specifically asked if the veggie pizza included tomato sauce because that was the only way I would order it and my waitress said that yes, there was. However, once the pizza came there was no tomato sauce and no one willing to accept responsibility for it! Even without the tomato sauce, the food just tasted so bland that no amount of hot sauce or ketchup or peppers could save it. I get that there aren’t much options when you’re staying in Bear Valley but I would suggest driving 45 minutes to Arnold rather than eating here.

The food is acceptable, not great, but the service was embarrassing. They came back multiple times that my choice was not available, but with like 20 minutes in between. It took over an hour for me to get my food. They were completely overwhelmed. The take out side business seemed to get all the priority, and the tables were neglected. Unless you come outside of the busy times I suggest you find another place to eat.

Casual pub/pizza place; decent pizza(got ours to go to bring back to the condo), reasonably priced drinks, one of the few places to grab a bite to eat at Bear Valley in the summer months(on Sunday evening the ONLY place as far as we could tell). At the end of the bar a doorway opens on to a small deck with a few random chairs from the restaurant, and a pint glass full of cigarette butts on the deck railing which clearly had been there for awhile(ick). Would have awarded a 4th star if they made an effort to improve the deck area, suggestion: Go to True Value in Arnold, pick up a few resin Adirondack chairs(only $ 20 each) and a proper receptacle for cigarette butts(even a bucket of sand would be better than a pint glass!).

I had a great pizza last night from Sky High Pizza! Well prepared, perfectly cooked, and ready exactly when they said that it would be ready!

The food is fine, the service is pleasant and gives effort, but this place is painfully slow, which is a problem when you’ve brought a gaggle of children.
