Love the clothes at this store, but the overall shopping experience kinda sucks. Clothes racks are usually overcrowded and disorganized, and almost impossible to maneuver a stroller between the racks– and stroller cannot fit at all in dressing rooms. I’d love if their clothes could be bought online– very cute maternity clothes and kids clothes.

This is a false H&M. They get all the clothes that are torn or have damages from the other stores. I bought a sweater, put it on and found that it was broken. I went to go return it and they said I couldn’t get my money back. NOOTHER H&M store would have treated their costumers like that. They treated me like crap. Like it was my fault the sweater broke when really it has to do with the poor quality of that particular H&M store. It’s really a shame honestly because Cleveland could use a real H&M.

As SNL said so accurately: «where the draws? On the floor! Everything is on the floor» This is the worst H&M in NEO I am pretty sure. Limited mens selection, unhelpful disinterested employees(even for H&M) and generally totally a mess and dirty. It’s a shame because I go to this mall for Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack but try to go to different H&Ms. Westlake and Strongsville are a hundred times better.

Store is very messy and unorganized. Workers were very rude and unhelpful. Dressing was closed an half hour before closing so I was unable to try on clothes and purchase what I would have purchased. I feel as though I wasted my time I could of drove to Crocker Park perhaps the service would have been better. H&M in the past has been my go to store for fashion forward clothes but they have truly lost a customer.

Awful customer service but great clothes sooo… There’s always a line and they always have employees doing nothing when their is ALWAYS at least two registers downstairs that are closed.

Some of my favorite items in my closet are from H&M, but that doesn’t mean I like this place. The racks always seem unorganized. I can’t spot cardigans because they’re in a mix of crop tops and slinky dresses, dress pants are mixed in with«jeggings» and the sale racks are always nightmares, but I still come. You know why? I really like that the items can be worn in different ways and they really span the gap of tastes – for me, they can be cute, unique and classy if you decide to make them that way. I see how the crowd is always mixed here. I can buy a blouse to wear to work, while the 16 year old next to me will leave it unbuttoned and tie it up into a midriff baring top and the woman 30 years my senior can wear it to church(and let’s not forget the scraggly hipsters that will wear it ironically no matter what they decide to do).(Obviously, this doesn’t go for all of the clothing here, but I feel like a lot of the stuff I’m drawn to can go any direction and I really appreciate that.) Now, the real problem is the store itself. Aside from the disorganization, there are ALWAYS damaged goods on the racks, so be careful and keep an eye out, because these damages are often not labeled and could sneak past the unaware shopper. The racks are squished together so that there’s only one path that you can take to get in and out of the maze, so you’re bound to bump into someone or fight the hanger-push game with some skinny little brat with a frappuccino in hand. But, somehow, that’s all worth it to me because the sales are actually pretty good deals and I walk out excited to wear my new duds with pride, because I basically fought a synthetic fabric jungle in there and came out a winner.

I guess it’s ok since I eventually got the gift I was looking for at a good price. It did take a really long time to find a sweater that was not too itchy, cheap looking, see-through, unflattering, or just plain fugly. I had the urge to ask a salesperson, «Do you have anything that I CAN’T wear to an ugly sweater party?» They have two floors, which in my mind is a negative, not a positive. It’s just too overwhelming, and it’s not like Nordstrom or some nice department store that can validate having more than one floor. It’s friggin H & M. And I guess holiday shoppers are animals, because this place looked and smelled like a zoo. People were tearing through racks, stuff was all misplaced and thrown on the floor. Gross! The checkout was fast though, and I got a free $ 5 gift card for some reason. And I didn’t have to give my email address to the poor tired checkout gal. I’m glad she didn’t give a shit about sending me coupons.
